USPS Shipments Survey: 

To better serve our valued suppliers and customers, we are requesting your
feedback regarding USPS shipping.

DSV EDI:

Walmart is now sending the EDI 824 in response to the EDI 846 you transmitted.
The 824 contains information of the rejected item records from your 846. If the
item is listed in the 824, the item was not updated. 

824 TED segment example:

TED*024*ERR_REC: ST02:36852101 IS:036852000 UP:00840594002215

ST02 = The ST02 element value from the EDI 846

IS = The ISA exchange control number from the EDI 846

UP = The UPC (UP qualifier) number with issue from the EDI 846

Common errors and meanings:

"Duplicated SKU, SKU is duplicated with index”

 * Vendor SKU (VN qual) number is the same for multiple UPCs

"The system did not find an item with the SKU information provided in the
request”

 * The UPC is not a valid Walmart’s 13 digits UPC (please send first 13 digits
   of the GTIN number).

When opening a case with Partner Support, please file your case through the
correct tile path for faster resolution.



Inventory Troubleshooting:

If you experience inventory discrepancies, please utilize the below steps:
 1. Use the GTIN instead of the SKU when uploading inventory (FIRST 13 digits of
    the GTIN (no last check digit)).
 2. After uploading inventory using the GTINs, allow 2-4 hours for inventory to
    update. 
 3. If inventory is still not reflecting correctly, submit inventory in Supplier
    Center with the Inventory Spec Sheet.
 4. Please create a Partner Support case if the above does not resolve the
    issue.
