How do I start selling a domain?
To begin selling your domains, access the product cockpit. You can upload
multiple domains in bulk or just a single domain. Enter your domains and set a
price. After you have uploaded and priced your domains, you will immediately
receive a sales link that you can share. For an overview of your domains, go to
the Dashboard in your menu.
What are the fruits nameservers?
To ensure that your domains are accessible and can be purchased, you can use the
fruits nameservers.
Just enter the following nameservers at your domain registrar and start selling
with ease!

How does fruits work for buyers?
When customers click on your product link, they'll be directed to your domain
checkout page. Customers can purchase your domain through a user-friendly and
highly converting checkout process. Immediately after the purchase, customers
will receive their invoice via email. fruits will contact you - as a seller -
directly after the sale to provide the Auth-Code of the domain to the buyer. It
usually takes less than 24 hours to send the Auth-Code (to transfer the domain).
In exceptional cases, however, it can take up to 10 days for the code to be
sent. The reason for this is that the code must be provided by the sellers. You
can keep track of all sales in your dashboard and make edits to your products
anytime.
What information does fruits need from me as a seller?
fruits requires your seller information once, before the first payout. This is
in line with legal requirements as part of our KYC (know your customer) process.
For natural persons, we need the name, address, and identity card. For legal
entities, we require an identity document of the company's legal representative,
company name and legal form (e.g., GmbH, AG, OHG), register number (if
applicable), and the address of the registered office or principal place of
business along with the incorporation document.
Which payment methods are integrated with fruits?
fruits utilizes Stripe, the world's leading payment service, as the payment
processor. We support popular payment methods including Apple Pay, Mastercard,
Visa, PayPal, Klarna, and many more. These methods are promptly accepted.
How does invoicing work at fruits?
Customers receive an automatic invoice (PDF) via email upon purchasing a domain.
The invoice displays the purchase price and VAT accurately on a global scale.
fruits acts as the invoice issuer, so your private information remains secure
and is not disclosed to buyers.
When do I get my money and what does the worldwide tax return mean?
Each month's end, you'll receive a credit of your total proceeds in your payout
account. Credits are issued as PDF documents via email or can be downloaded from
your menu. Payouts occur for total proceeds of 100 EUR or more. If earnings fall
below this amount, they are accumulated and disbursed in the following months.
For international sales, the VAT issue is complex due to varying tax rates in
different countries. fruits ensures VAT is accurately deducted based on the
buyer's country. You can rely on us to handle invoices and VAT.
Can I also sell as a commercial/legal entity?
Both private individuals and commercial entities (such as SMEs) can use fruits
for selling. Depending on the seller category, fruits either directly covers VAT
payments or passes them on.
Can I sell fruits worldwide?
fruits supports nearly all countries. Sales are possible within and between
European countries and the USA. fruits handles invoicing and proper VAT payment
in the buyer's country.
Is there a Buyer Protection Program for domains?
We place great emphasis on protecting our buyers and, therefore, offer a
comprehensive buyer protection program. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Purchase of the domain name
Once you acquire the domain name, you are covered by our buyer protection
program. Your payment will be held by us while we proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Transfer from the seller to you
After your payment has been secured, we initiate the transfer of the domain name
from the seller to you (you will receive the unique authentication code for your
domain via email). Should you have any questions, we are here to assist you
throughout the process to ensure the successful acquisition of the domain name.
Note: Each domain extension (e.g., .com or .de) and registrar has slightly
different transfer procedures. However, rest assured that our domain transfer

Step 3: Payment to the seller after the transfer is complete
Once the domain has been officially transferred to you, we will proceed with the
payment to the seller. As a buyer, there are no fees incurred at fruits.co. The
