A team of electricians, Bobby, Andrew, Steven and even a field supervisor,
Dwayne, came out to fix possible faulty light switches and outlets throughout
the house since the homeowner was having issues in one area. They fixed all
of the upstairs in the house and then told me that all look good so far and
were honest! Homeowner choose to stop any more replacements. The office was
also great to work with me. Way to go April and team.

5 Your serviceman David Knox was GREAT!
Just wanted to thank David and the inside staff for their professional attitude
and great service. Appreciated the updates on the appointment schedule and the
polite office schedulers. David was one of the best serviceman I have ever had
work on my equipment. I feel he went beyond the normal check points on my AC
unit ( thanks for finding the loose leads in the fused disconnect switch). Keep
up the good work David and team!

Today we had Michael and Lucas do an electrical job for us. This required
contacting REC which they took care of for us. Michael and Lucas did an
excellent job, knowing exactly what had to be done. They were careful in
