Durante, Syosset High School Principal. Seventy-eight percent of seniors took at
least one AP exam during high school, 70% scored a three or higher on at least
one exam, and 70% took five or more exams. Syosset High School offers 31 AP
courses. Schools can earn this recognition annually based on criteria that
reflect a commitment to increasing college-going culture, providing
opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college
readiness. The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP programs are
delivering results for students while broadening access. Syosset Central School
District has announced that the College Board has recognized Syosset High School

ARCADE ODYSSEY FLORIDA

As far as I'm concerned, this place is a must see in Miami no matter where you
live in South Florida. And for those that like Japanese Anime there are flat
screen TV's all around the place showing movies and you can also enjoy a Ramune
Japanese soda with a cleverly designed glass marble as the bottle seal and a box
of spicy Japanese potato sticks along with traditional Japanese candy. And the
best part is they rotate their games every month so it never feels stale and
never gets boring. And you can play video games only seen in Japan which is
really cool when you belly up to a machine that has the original pricing of 100
Yen per play. But what makes this place unique and not just another Video Arcade
is the attention to detail and the fact that all of the games are in excellent
working condition which is a rarity at most places with video games. Now there's
many, many more games to chose from. And of course the ubiquitous Street Fighter
series video games are always the consummate crowd-pleaser. And let's not forget
the room dedicated to network connected PvP games with rumble seats where fans
of Call of Duty can congregate to show off their skills. Then there's the
Terminator pinball machines which are a lot of fun to play. You have the first
person shoot'em ups like House of the Dead killing zombies and the like. You
have the classic arcade games for those that grew up playing games like Pac-Man,
Robotron, Burgertime and Joust, and there's the rider simulation games like the
Sega Wave Runner, Nascar Car Racing and Tsumo Ball which I call the "Red Dome
Battleship" artillery game. This spot boasts an impressive collection of arcade
machines and provides a gaming experience that you simply cannot find anywhere
else in South Florida.

Now, there's a little bit of something for everyone. Arcade Odyssey is a rarity
in our modern age, feeling more like a place pulled from the 90s than anything
from the 2020s. This is a place that will appeal to everyone from video game
purists to little kids to big kids to parents with kids and even those that are
a kid at heart. And sadly, those places disappeared until now! The "True" Video
Arcade experience is back at Arcade Odyssey and does not disappoint. When I was
growing up in Miami there were video arcades all over the place in the late
70's, 80's and into the early 90's from stand alone locations to places in the
mall to Pizza Parlors and Laundromats. What a cool arcade!!! This is the one and
only "True" Classic/Modern Video Arcade out there that I know of in South
Florida. I paid my first visit to Arcade Odyssey yesterday and WOW! was I
pleasantly surprised.

VOID BASTARDS AGE RATING

The Void Bastards influence from the previous games is clear – players will be
“sent” to ships floating in space to collect resources to upgrade the character
you are playing, as well as to progress the plot. The player will be “given” a
certain ship with the same amount of food/fuel to be able to perform the task
assigned by BACS, the main “narrator” of the game, and from here on role-playing
gameplay. Not only has a special style of expression, but the gameplay of Void
Bastards is also equally unique. Void Bastards are also witty in character
building, there are times when your character is … colorblind, and everything
you see becomes black and white, or you are very short and suddenly the game
turns into like you can keep the button sitting for the entire game time! Not
only that, all of the game’s sound effects are illustrated by “effects” written
to words like Thwak! Kaboom !, makes the writer feel very excited when playing a
witty manga series from “Bronze Age”! The game has a 3D visual style like
classic FPS games like DOOM (do you know 6 reasons to buy DOOM Eternal?) Or
Wolfenstein 3D (the latest version is Wolfenstein Youngblood not appreciated
yet? ), when the characters, weapons, and enemies all have a feeling of “flat”,
like being merged into a comic box. The Void Bastards opened with a short comic
strip, as two men guarding a space station complained in a thick English accent
that “someone” had forgotten the report as she flew past them through humorous,
witty, making the writer have immediate feelings for the game, and even more
excited when he realized that the Void Bastards “presented” itself in front of

of futility theme would be awesome actually. It's all very 2000 AD, which is
incredibly intentional with a passing glance at the comic art style. The entire
game world extrapolates how the galaxy would look if the latter-day bureaucratic
hellscape that is the Western neoliberal business world were extended from its
confinement on Earth to the stars - and how its banality persists even in the

deepest core to somehow corrupt the AI taskmaster itself.

Even if it ended in futility, like the America storyline in Judge Dredd, there
should be a way/ways for these hapless freeze-dried prisoners to try to shirk,
to challenge the system. Having said that, the game world still feels
unnecessarily railroaded & limited. The entire game world extrapolates how the
galaxy would look if the latter-day bureaucratic hellscape that is the Western
neoliberal business world were extended from its confinement on Earth to the
stars - and how its automated banality persists even in the face of catastrophic
bio-organic mutation. While I agree that there should be ways to circumvent it,
the bog-standard ending is thematically appropriate.

   features. The 4 drives show up as individual disks in Windows Disk Manager.
   The card shows up as Silicon Image SiL 3132 SoftRaid 5 Controller Chip Type
   SST 39VF020. I have 4 SATA drives in an external enclosure connected to the
   PC through eSATA to an eSATA card. I used the easy install option and Ubuntu
   installed by itself with no problem. Everything is a fresh install from
   today. The host is running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Service Pack 1, VMware
   Player version 5.0.1 build-894247 which is the latest as of today, and the
   guest OS is Ubuntu 12.10 desktop 32bit.

process 5 times. Sprinkle the board again with flour and gently roll. Quickly
roll into the flour to yield a ball shape. On a well floured board/surface, plop
the mixture down and sprinkle with flour. You will be looking for a uniform
consistency with no streaks of flour. Tilt bowl towards you and lift any flour
on the bottom up and mix it in. With a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, gently
blend in the sweet potato mix with the flour mixture. So, I searched for
replacements and settled on Greek (vanilla) yogurt which I definitely had
available in the fridge. Even though it smelled fine, I didn’t want to risk it.
What is that white blob? Well, normally I use buttermilk but what I had was past
its use by date. Place bowl in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes, while you
mix the sweet potatoes. Gently toss the shreds with the flour mixture after each
quarter section is grated. Grate the COLD stick of butter in quarter sections.
The flour is spooned and leveled and sprinkled with the sugar and warm spices in
a large bowl. So are the quick Buttermilk Drop Biscuits. Then, the day finally
came when a local grocery store started to carry some of its products regularly!
I was shocked! So shocked, that I took a picture of it and texted it to my
husband with a “Woohoo” ! Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits are the best with this
southern favorite. There was a time, not to long ago, when the only way I could
buy it was through Amazon. White Lily Self-Rising flour is the best for
biscuits. These are Incredible Sweet Potato Biscuits ! An opportunity arose to
adapt an older recipe on the blog, so here it goes! Wait until you see what
ingredient changed! With autumn’s warmth of flavors swirling in the kitchen air
like the leaves falling outside, you will find your comfort here.

Until then, you can use something called as “paper keys”. The mobile apps are
still in development. So if any user has their device compromised, it will let
you know. In case any of your devices is compromised, remove it from your
account. Each device comes with an encryption key. You can add devices to your
keybase account. It might be safe but your private key is meant for your eyes
only - better to keep it that way. $ keybase pgp select # if you already have
keysīe cautious about adding your private key to the Keybase server. If you
prefer to use the CLI: $ keybase login This is will open a GUI where you can
login. After joining, install the keybase app for your desktop. Note: The
following is primarily meant for Linux. Everything in your public folder is
signed by you and private folders are end-to-end encrypted which means even
Keybase can’t see them! There are two types of folders - public and private. In
simple terms, it’s a secure way of file sharing. The awesome file system:
Keybase also has a file system of its own called KBFS.

So people now know that one of your devices was hacked and they won’t send
messages to that device anymore. If one of your devices get hacked, you can
remove that device from your Keybase identity. Protection against hacks: Keybase
associates each device you own with an encryption key. This is quite handy if
you want to send/recieve encrypted messages - it eliminates the need to share
the key with the person separately. Storehouse of public keys: Keybase can be
considered as a storehouse with easily searchable public keys. You will have to
post something on twitter, github gists, etc to tell everyone that you control
these accounts. Once you do this, people can feel comfortable sending you
messages even if they haven’t met you IRL. Essentially, you are claiming your
accounts and hence your identity. This reinforces my conviction in your public
key and makes me feel comfortable in sending you the message.Įstablishes
identity: Keybase solves the problem of fake accounts by making you ‘prove’ your
online identity - twitter, github, etc. So now I get to verify your identity and
know that the person claiming to be you on twitter is actually you (as with
github, etc). It will require you to post on each of your accounts - claiming
them and linking back to your keybase account. Keybase establishes trust by
connecting to your social accounts. However, I want to be sure that it is indeed
you to whom I am sending the message - this is where the trust factor creeps in.

If I want to send you an encrypted message, I can easily find your public key.
Keybase is a trusted storehouse of public keys. Hope this post clears all the
fuzzy theories you have about Keybase. It took me some googling to figure out
what it really was. The concept of Keybase seems to be easy to understand…once
you have understood it! When I first heard of it, I was confused. (At the time
of writing this, Keybase does not require an invite even though the landing page
of the website says otherwise. Unfortunately, when I first set my sight on it,
it required an invitation to sign up. Ever since I heard of Keybase, I wanted to
join it.
