FAQ

 * DO I OWN THE DOMAIN?
   
   Yes. As with purchasing a domain direct from a registry, you receive an
   exclusive license to use the domain for as long as payments are made. A
   subscriber can sublicense or transfer ownership of their domain, however, the
   domain will remain within the is.now system for life. After a missed payment,
   a 30 day grace period applies before the domain is available for another
   subscriber.

 * WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE DOMAIN NAME?
   
   Anything! A subscriber has complete control over the DNS configuration for
   their domain.

 * CAN I SET UP AN EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THE DOMAIN?
   
   Yes.

 * WHY IS A CREDIT CARD REQUIRED FOR A FREE DOMAIN?
   
   Basic domains have a $1/year charge to avoid abuse. The FREEFOREVER coupon
   code reduces the cost to $0 for life but we still require a credit card to
   counter abuse.

 * DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
   
   If you change your mind within the first 30 days, a full refund is available.
   After the first 30 days, we'll issue a pro-rata refund for any time left on
   your Subscription.

 * CAN I BUY ONE OF YOUR EXCLUSIVE DOMAINS?
   
   Please get in touch to negotiate the purchase of a domain. Please note that a
   domain assigned to a subscriber cannot be sold without the subscriber's
   consent.
