  Data privacy is extremely important to INOVSHOPGroup and we want to be honest
and transparent about how we use your personal data.

The French group INOVSHOPGRoup controls the personal data that you communicate
to us and is responsible for your personal data in accordance with the data

Who can see your data?
Your data can only be transmitted within the L'Oreal Professionnel group. The
local L'Oreal Professionnel company will only act as a user of the personal data
and will process the personal data on behalf of the parent company.

We do not transfer, market or barter your data for marketing purposes to parties
outside the L'Oreal Professional group. Data transferred to third parties will
be used only for the purpose of dispensing our services. You will find the
categories of third parties involved in each process described below.

What are the legal conditions for data processing?
For each specific treatment of personal data that we collect from you, we will
tell you whether the provision of personal data is legally binding or necessary
to conclude a contract and if it is an obligation to provide personal data and
what are the possible consequences if you choose not to communicate them.

Access right:  
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about
you. You can contact INOVSHOPGroup who will send you your personal data by
e-mail.

Portability right:
When we process your personal data by automated means according to your consent
or agreement, you have the right to obtain a copy of your data transferred to
you or to another party in a structured and current format. This only concerns
the personal data that you have transmitted to us.

Right of Correction:  
You have the right to request the correction of your personal data if they are
inaccurate, including to complete your incomplete personal data.  

If you have an O2Ohub account or you can change your personal data in your
account pages.

Right to delete:
You have the right to delete any personal data processed by INOVSHOPGroup at any
time, except in the following situations:

* you have an ongoing business with Customer Service
* you have an order in progress that has not yet been delivered or has been
partially delivered
* you have debts with INOVSHOPGroup, whatever the method of payment
* you are suspected of having or have used our services fraudulently in the last
four years
* your debts have been sold to a third party in the past three years or in the
past year for deceased clients
* your credit application has been rejected in the last three months
* if you have made a purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection
with your transaction for accounting purposes

Your right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate
interest:  
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the
basis of a legitimate interest. In this case INOVSHOPGroup will stop using your
personal data unless we prove the validity of the use of your data that
supersedes your interest and your rights or for legal reasons.

Your right to object to direct marketing:
You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profile analysis for
marketing purposes.

You can unsubscribe direct marketing materials in the following ways:

* following the instructions in each marketing message
* by changing your preferences in your account.

Nevertheless we draw your attention to the fact that the analysis of data on the
O2Ohub has only one purpose, to understand your uses and to improve your
experience within the platform to allow you to have the tool that best suits
your needs.      


Restriction right:
You have the right to request that INOVSHOPGroup limit the use of your personal
data in the following circumstances:

* if you object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate
interest of INOVSHOPGroup will limit the processing of such data during the
verification of the legitimate interest.
* if you declare that your personal data are inaccurate, INOVSHOPGroup must
limit the processing of these data pending verification of the accuracy of
personal data.

* if the treatment is illegal, you can oppose the deletion of personal data and
request the limitation of the use of your personal data

* if INOVSHOPGroup no longer needs personal data but it is necessary for the
defense of a right to justice.

How to exercise your rights?
We take data protection very seriously and therefore have a dedicated customer
service to answer your questions about your rights. You can contact them at

Data Protection Officer:
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who will ensure that your personal
data is used consistently, transparently, accurately and in accordance with the
law. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at dataprotection@inovshop.com
specifying DPO as the subject of the message.

Right of complaint to a supervisory authority:      
If you believe that INOVSHOPGroup uses your personal data inappropriately, you
can contact us. You also have the right to file a claim with the supervisory
authority.

Updates to our Privacy Policy:
It is possible that our Privacy Clause needs to be updated. The latest version
of the Privacy Policy is still available on our site. We will notify you of any
changes to the Privacy Policy, including, for example, the purpose of the use of
your personal data, the identity of the Monitor or your rights.

The processing of your personal data associated with your account is subject to
your agreement when you create your account O2Ohub

Your right to withdraw your consent:
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal
data at any time. In this case, your account will cease to exist and
INOVSHOPGroup will no longer be able to offer you the aforementioned services.
Your use of the platform will still be possible.  



How long do we keep your data  ?
We will keep your data as long as your O2Ohub account is active.

You have the right to close your account at any time. If so, it will cease to
exist and you will be considered inactive (-ve). We will retain your personal
data if required by law or if there is an ongoing dispute.

Once your account is closed, your data will be deleted.

Your right to object to the processing of your data:
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on
the legitimate interest of INOVSHOPGroup by contacting
dataprotection@inovshop.com   Your account will then be deleted and you will no
longer be able to take advantage of the services we offer.

questions related to product warranty and offer you technical assistance by
e-mail, chat, phone.

We can also contact you if there is a problem with your order.
