(“Holdings”), and owns, directly or indirectly a number of entities as its
wholly- or partially owned subsidiaries, operating under the name The 1916
Company Holdings and such subsidiaries are collectively referred to herein as
"1916", "us" or "we".

1916 recognizes the need for appropriate protection and management of personal
information shared with us. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our
websites at www.the1916company.com, and similarly identified platforms,
regardless of domain extension (the “Sites”), the 1916 Company mobile
application software (the "App"), and the related services made available by
1916 through other platforms (collectively, the "Service").
