The grill was considerably more expensive but is more than worth the investment. The owner is extremely knowledgable and wanted to know what I like to do on the grill. He then suggested an American made grill from Broilmaster. The difference between this grill and a very expensive grill at big box store is night and day. In summary, I got a great American made product that fit my needs and exceeded my expectations. See All Previous Next Needed a replacement piece of connectorized tubing for an existing gas log. Came up with what I needed at a reasonable cost, to save me from buying a flaring tool. It is good to work with someone who knows how, and has been in same location for many years. Demonstrated entire selection of new gas logs with advanced burners. Will recommend to family and friends. GREGORY FERGUSON Last year we had a Large Lopi fireplace insert installed by Duncan's. I am so glad I went there. We didn't have a cold winter last year and didn't use it much. I waited for some colder weather to better review my purchase--and December 2017 - January 2018 was record cold! Steve, the owner, was much more knowledgeable than the other stores we visited. For example, in sizing my stove all other stores looked at the size of my room and recommended a smaller insert. They would insist that a larger capacity would "burn us out of the room". Steve considered other details like our room had 3 exterior walls, that there was a large archway going to the next room, and that the large wood burning insert we were considering had a catalytic converter which would help us adjust (throttle down) the amount of heat coming out of the unit. We trusted his experience and judgment which was contrary to every other place we visited. We are really glad we did. Our larger insert benefits: 1) more glass and a more beautiful fireplace, 2) holds longer logs, 3) more capacity in case we ever have to use the wood burning insert to heat our entire home--not just the one room.
