JEFFREY CROFT

I'm a product designer and developer in Seattle. I've been making websites and
mobile apps for over 25 years. I am also a music producer and beatmaker.

Currently, I am working full-time for PANDA AI, a Seattle startup with bold
ambitions around making the apps you use more useful though NLP and other modern
tech.

For years, I did contract work for a variety of clients. I've worked with
Facebook, Microsoft, Yahoo, and countless others.

In the not-too-distant past, I held senior roles at Seattle firms including
Vantage Sports and Simply Measured.

From 2010 to 2012, I co-founded, designed, built, and sold Lendle, a book
lending app for Kindle users.

Between 2007 and 2011, I published Pro CSS Techniques and Web Standards
Creativity for Apress, and appeared at dozens of conferences in the U.S.,
Europe, and Australia.

In 2005 and 2006, I worked on the team that created Django, the framework that
is the foundation for products such as Pinterest and Instagram.

I am also a music producer, working primarily with Maschine and Ableton in
various hip-hop (lofi, boombap, trap, pop) and EDM (future bass, house, trap,
pop) genres.

I studied jazz, theory, and composition in school, and these days I bring a
traditional music education to the bedroom producer world and modern popular
genres.

I am interested to make music more a part of my business, so if you are looking
for music for your podcast (or vlog/film, etc.), beats to spit on, or a producer
to collab with, please contact me.

I'm a father, a Buddhist, a yogi, a hip-hop head, and an NFL fanatic. I stand
for love, tolerance, acceptance, and non-judgement.

I believe that Black Lives Matter ✊🏾, Love is Love 🏳️‍🌈, and No Person is
Illegal 🧡.
