Privacy TLDR, how and why do we process your data?

Our mission is to help businesses book new revenue on autopilot, insights into
how we help businesses with a privacy first approach below:

 1. Handling audience data (email recipients) based on public information
 2. Our progress in helping small businesses
 3. Our AI content and its scope

 Handling audience data (email recipients) based on public information

 We have a secured system which stores this public information:

 *  First Name
 *  Last Name
 *  Company information
 *  Domain
 *  Location
 *  Website Metadata
 *  Keywords
 *  Technological Data/Information from the website
 *  Any publicly available information without touching private information like
   email addresses

We search for company data from reliable sources, and it forms a tree from
high-level information to try to be accurate. We then have a process to use
real-time machine learning to predict anybody's corporate email address. As with
all search engine indexes, we also search for the corresponding position or job
titles. We never store that address in our database (only in the memory aka RAM)
as we could also be wrong about our guesses, quite a few times - people respond
and tell us about it too.

We never share it to anyone (unlike many malicious advertisements that exist in
the world today). Why we got into the business is the impact of direct
communication on running ads on free products that crawl on data farms. Being
straightforward is bolder, but we have to deal with a lot of heat - especially
with language preferences, etc.. We hope to be more vocal about how to advertise
in a way that respects privacy, and we need to prove that first. We are building
a better AI that could possibly not bother someone without needing to know
personal data.

As individuals, we are protected by privacy laws, such as CCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM,
etc. Kalendar. AI fully complies with these acts. We have a strict opt-out
policy to remove all information on demand, and these links are embedded in
every communication we do. We are really committed to greater transparency. A
lot of people love that about us. To learn more, check our data privacy policy.

Our progress in helping small businesses

According to the US Small Business Administration, “small businesses” are
defined as “firms with fewer than 500 employees.” There are around 27 million
small businesses that do not hire any employees. 5.4 million have fewer than 20
employees, and 650,000 businesses have under 500 employees.

The economic implications have been particularly challenging for small
businesses. According to the U.S. Census Bureau Small Business Pulse Survey ,
34.2% of all businesses surveyed during the second week of August reported
experiencing financial impacts from the pandemic. During the beginning of the
pandemic, businesses with between 20 to 49 employees had the largest employment
decline of any size group.

In 2022, the number of small businesses in the US reached 33.2 million, making
up nearly all (99.9 percent) US businesses. The increase in the number of small
businesses in the US in 2022 is representative of the sustained growth as it
marks a 2.2 percent increase from the previous year and an overall growth of
12.2 percent from 2017 to 2022. 86% of small businesses say technology helped
their business survive during COVID.  Source(s):

Clearly, technology is a driver of economic success for small businesses, and we
should promote an environment that enables all businesses to succeed with
digital tools. For such businesses survival is primarily garnering future
customers via any affordable means possible as they can’t afford an exorbitant
CAC, while retaining existing customers with multiple upgrades.

Companies spend an average of $300 to $1000 on Facebook ads per month, depending
on the size of the business as well as an investment in social media
advertising. For example, an enterprise may invest $5000 per month on Facebook
ads. Most businesses will spend up to $1000 for self-managed email marketing.
Mid-sized businesses that work with an email marketing agency typically spend
$300-$1500 per month.

However, most revenue opportunities are lost during the transition as ideal
client profiles are obtained from audience channels, data providers, etc., and
account targeting through personalized messages. Or by creating webinars or
conferences for ad promotions and retargeting audiences, and then finally having
qualified meetings, it's a long way and, in short, it takes a lot of time.
Hence,  Kalendar.AI.

Sourcing, engagement, and scheduling is usually taken care of by different
companies, separately (with added costs); here  we take care of it all! Building
this tool in less than two years is incredibly challenging and we're still
learning!

We help you reach your target audience via our Mailbox infrastructure and vast
database (200M+ companies globally). Kalendar.AI writes personalized invitations
using AI which have proven to be more effective than regular marketing emails.
Each email uses icebreakers by leveraging school history, real-time industry
news, etc., and an interactive attachment that has limited time slots (one
session).

We built a back-end email client with a clean-cut domain and an email account to
send these invitations at scale; introducing you via a live interactive chat
that speaks about what your offering is, inviting them to book a meeting with
you. One might say that we are a one-window solution.

Our AI content and its scope

learn through the process of personalization, there can be errors which slip
through (< 1%). If you happen to find any errors in the AI content generation,
please let us know with your kind, big heart, by simply replying to the email
you received. We’ve a dedicated team that caters to your responses, to make sure
your voice is heard. Here’s what some of the recipients had to say about the
email they received.
