ABOUT US

Spectrum Work was founded in 2023.  We are a registered charitable organisation
that provides access to employment advocates & service providers who specialise
in helping diverse people and communities.



Our team is made up of neurodiverse, queer, and multi-skilled people who have
all faced, and overcome challenges in the workplace due to their differences. 



We provide support, education, advice, and representation to people and
organisations of all kinds.
