The Dradex DEX is a fully decentralised digital asset exchange.

No representation or warranty is made concerning any aspect of the Dradex DEX,
including its suitability, quality, availability, accessibility, accuracy or
safety. As more fully explained in the Rules (available here) and the Risk
Statement (available here), your access to and use of the Dradex DEX is entirely
at your own risk and could lead to substantial losses. You take full
responsibility for your use of the Dradex DEX, and acknowledge that you use it
on the basis of your own enquiry, without solicitation or inducement by
Contributors (as defined in the Rules).

The Dradex DEX is not available to residents of Belarus, the Central African
Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Democratic People's Republic of
Korea, the Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, South
Sudan, Syria, the USA, Yemen, and Zimbabwe or any other jurisdiction in which
accessing or using the Dradex DEX is prohibited (“Prohibited Jurisdictions”). In
using the Deadex DEX, you confirm that you are not located in, incorporated or
otherwise established in, or a citizen or resident of, a Prohibited
Jurisdiction.

THE VALUES OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES ARE EXTREMELY VOLATILE AND MAY FLUCTUATE
SIGNIFICANTLY AND THERE IS A SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF ECONOMIC LOSS WHEN PURCHASING,
HOLDING, TRADING, OR INVESTING IN CRYPTOCURRENCIES. BY ACCESSING AND USING THIS
DEX FRONTEND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

(A) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSACTIONS OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES
THAT ARE BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN AND CRYPTOGRAPHY TECHNOLOGIES AND ARE ISSUED AND
MANAGED IN A DECENTRALIZED FORM;

(B) DRADEX INTEGRATES WORMHOLE AND REN BRIDGES FOR CROSS-CHAIN TRANSACTION.
DRADEX SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OCCURED A RESULT OF A CROSS-CHAIN
TRANSACTION;

(C) YOU SHALL ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS APP AND TRANSACTIONS
OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES; AND

(D) THE DRADEX DECENTRALISED ORGANISATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR
