insurance protection to Ontarians since 1888. We are a local Canadian insurance
company wholly owned by our policyholders — that’s where the “Mutual” part comes
in. We do not have shareholders, and when the company is profitable, those
profits are distributed to our members via a refund of surplus. We are a proud
member of the Ontario Mutual Insurance Association and pride ourselves as a
foundational pillar of the communities we serve.
