Important Notice: Section 3(1) & 27(1) of the Land use and amenities charge No
26, 2013 provides as follows: “Subject to the provisions of this Law, there is
imposed a Land-based charge to be called Land Use and Amenities Charge which
shall be payable on all developed and undeveloped property situated in the
state.” “Section 147 - 201 (both inclusive) in Part XV of the Local Government
Law. 2006 and any other Section in the Law relating to Assessment or Payment of
Rates are hereby repealed.”
