AN UNSERIOUS ELECTION

AUTHOR: GREG VALLIERE

OCTOBER 28, 2024

Print

IT’S FITTING that an election filled with insults would end like this — a rally
at Madison Square Garden last night that was shockingly racist and vulgar.

THIS HAS BEEN AN UNSERIOUS ELECTION — more about this tomorrow — but before we
catch still another plane, it’s important to state the obvious: Donald Trump
could still lose this election.

TRUMP AND HIS ALLIES NEED to apologize for last night’s disgrace, but of course
Trump is infamous for never apologizing. This is the October surprise, and Trump
needs to work immediately on damage control.

THE BETTING ODDS WILL MOVE TODAY, and Harris now appears to have a chance of
winning. Trump’s habit of self-inflicted wounds may have finally caught up with
him.
