GENERAL 1. Payments will require a debit/credit card through Bold, and the means will be provided to you via link prior to the start of the service.2. I hold the right to reject any commission.3. Any item purchased should be properly credited when posted.4. I will not work on anything NSFW/ASMR.5. If any terms are violated the commission will be cancelled and the client blacklisted.6. Different vods will be counted as different videos in pricing, however this can be discussed. II. COPYRIGHT 1. I retain the rights to any of the videos I make, and as such, reserve the rights to use it to promote myself in any way I see fit.2. The commissioner is NOT allowed to claim my work as their own, or use it in any way related to blockchain technology.3. The commissioner is allowed to post purchased items into any social media.4. Heavy altering of purchased items will only be allowed after an agreement between the client and I. III. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS 1. The commissioner is expected to pay upfront, in case of a bundle being purchased, split payments can be discussed.2. The commissioner has a maximum of 1 week to pay after initial discussion. I will not proceed with the commission before this.3. Refunds will not be provided. IV. PROCESS AND REVISIONS 1. The commissioner is expected to provide a description of what they look for, as well as the footage that will be used.2. The time of completion will be discussed in the initial discussion, and will depend on both my schedule and the item purchased. Unless it's a special project it will not take more than three weeks (unless stated otherwise in the initial discussion)3. The commissioner has up to 2 revisions, in case of a mistake or misunderstanding by my part (with proper proof and basis) I will make the change free of charge.4. In case something comes up I may have to delay the finished product, this will be notified to the client and a new deadline will be discussed. V. CONTACTS AND DISCUSSIONS 1. The commissioner may contact me through any social media at any time. However expect some delay in my response, specially if done while I sleep.2. Requesting an exception to any of these terms may be communicated with me during the initial discussion. I hold the right to decline If I deem it to be unreasonable.3.
