producing helpful educational content that supports students in their classes
and hiring additional charismatic educators to offer free personalized education
during office hours livestreams




MARKETING (20%)

Expanding the reach of Actual Education through the production of promotional
material and running advertising campaigns on self-served ad platforms (i.e.
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)




PRIZES & EVENTS (20%)

Purchasing prizes that reward students for their progress and hosting quarterly
competitions to increase student retention.




FUNDRAISING & ADMINISTRATION (10%)

Evaluating funding needs, seeking out new foundations for funding, writing grant
applications, and Ensuring all effort is compliant with current laws and
governing policies
