I applied for a university and its admissions office sent a document for me to sign using Docusign through my email, but after I click “Review Documents” I don’t know what to do from there. I clicked a link that was sent along with the email on “How to sign a document” and it said that I should click “Continue” on the top right corner beside “Other Actions”, but the problem is instead of “Continue” I can only see “Close” beside it. I thought making an account would help me see the “Continue” button, but it’s still the same despite that. What should I do? Hi DS friends - Does DocuSign allow me to change the email address of a signer that has already signed a document? We use the custom report feature to receive daily reports of those who have signed our agreements and add it to an Excel workbook database, which has formulas that looks at the email addresses to update each contact. I don’t want to keep having to manually change a particular signer’s email address every time we update the database with the DS report data. However, many documents have the same DocuSign Envelope ID at the top of the page. I understand that the document ID should be unique to each document. Why would the same ID be on different documents? Also, in order to track the duplication of DocuSign Envelope IDs, I’ve noticed that when I copy/past these IDs into a different format (Excel, for example), up to three different DocuSign Envelope IDs are revealed. Why would this happen? I need to populate the signers name, company name, title within the company, the date signed and obviously the signature. When I set up a template and add those fields and click download the “sample csv” if provides me the desired field columns. The problem happens when I upload the csv with the data filled out, the only item that populates is the name of the signer. The company text box and the title text box are empty and require the signer to fill it out. I am having a non-deliverable issue with comcast.net email addresses.
