Founder of The Leadership Academy of Barcelona, Honorary Professor at the
Glasgow School of Art, and External Advisor for McKinsey & Company. Across a
20-year career in wellbeing and sustainable performance, he has helped improve
the workplace health and positive leadership of tens of thousands of
professionals worldwide at organisations including Salesforce, Santander, and
Telefónica. Previous books include Sustaining Executive Performance and Chief
Wellbeing Officer, which is also a podcast. A former national Duathlon Champion
