I was a little nervous about the purchase because of the cost, but I shouldn't
have been. The Depot Team called me before shipping to confirm my order was
exactly what I wanted. It arrived approx. 4 weeks ago and I haven't stopped
playing it since. The only problem, I can't stop playing Space Invaders, Donkey
Kong, Frogger and Pacman, so no idea how good the other games are :-).

All machines are hand built by us in Staffordshire (UK) using premium quality
parts. Including our cabinets being made using a super sturdy 19mm Melamine
faced MDF for our cabinets. What's more there are ZERO visible screws for you to
catch yourself on while getting a bit carried away zapping a few aliens on Space
Invaders!




No machine leaves us until it passes a comprehensive 30 point pre delivery test,
allowing you to play your favourite games as soon as the machine arrives.

 * Who Are Arcade Depot
   
   Arcade Depot Ltd was formed by Carl Barlow and Christian Marriott who decided
   to combine their many years of manufacturing experience and joint passion for
   retro arcade gaming to form the UK's premier supplier of home arcade
   equipment.
   
   We are based in the picturesque town of Leek at the foot of the peak district
   national park.
   
   
   
   
   "As passionate retro gamers we realised that the home arcade market had
   become dominated by poor quality Chinese imports and ebayers selling arcades
   that had been badly built in their garden sheds, we wanted to change that and
   provide arcade machines that look like amazing well built items of furniture
   whilst being awesome fun to play on. We think that with our original designs
   and high quality manufacturing, we have acheived that."

 * What games are included
   
   Each of the machines that we produce uses a dedicated game board, which means
   that the machines are as close to the original gaming experience as possible.
   No delays in controls, no errors loading games.

   In general this type of machine has the 'greatest hits' of arcade games from
   the 70's and 80's including Pacman, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong and many
   more.

 * Can you add games that I want if they are not on the list
   
   Due to the nature of the game boards that we use, the games are pre-installed
   and as such we are unable to add games to the line ups.
   
   
   
   
   However in most cases individual games can be hidden if required.

 * What's the difference between the 60 and 516 game models
   
   Yes, there are a number of other differences between our standard 60 game
   machine and the upgraded 516 game version, in addition to the number of
   games.
   
   
   
   
   These include upgraded sound, which has a small sub woofer for a deeper
   sound. Inline volume control, allowing you to change the volume while playing
   and a headphone jack. 
   
   
   
   
   There is also an extra return to menu option on the 516 game machine
   alllowing you to exit a game when ever you choose.

 * How long will it take to receive my machine
   
   All of our machines are built to order, which allows us to customise any
   order. Usually we work on a 2 week turn around time from the point of
   ordering. Delivery time varys depending on your local depot. However if your
   machine is needed for a specific day, such as a birthday then please let us
   know and we'll always do our best to deliver when the machine is needed.

 * How will the machine arrive
   
   All of our machines are dispatched via the pallet network. They will call
   ahead to arrange the best day for delivery with you, unless a next day
   service has been requested.
   
   
   
   
   Please note that the service is kerbside delivery only, the driver is unable
   to help you move the machine into your home.
   
   
   
   
   When your machine arrives, please take time to check for any damage during
   transit, should there be any problems then refuse delivery and contact us.

 * Can I collect my machine when it's ready
   
   Of course, we can offer a collection from our facility in Leek. Just let us
   know and select collection at checkout. We will call you as soon as your
   machine has been built.

 * How heavy is the machine
   
   This machine weighs around 50kg, which is easily lifted by 2 people.

 * Do I get a warranty
   
   Of course! Each machine comes with a full 12 month warranty.
   
   Should any problems happen during the first year of owning your machine then
   we will arrange for one of our engineers to come and fix the problem. If that
   isn't possible, or economical then we will arrange for the machine to be
   collected, repaired and returned to you.

 * What customisations can I make to this machine?
   
   This machine offers a number of customisations, which include:
