BACKUP/DISASTER RECOVERY

PCIT uses industry-awarded software such as LabTech and Connectwise to manage
the health of your network 24/7. We deploy remote monitors to your system and
can track real-time analytics and watch for actions across the network like
pings, TCP/IP, and even void monitoring for SNMP. We also design our alerting to
notify us when any issues arise and we are ready at a moment’s notice to take
action.


DESKTOP AND ANTIVIRUS

too. Our helpdesk staff is fully trained in all aspects of desktop support and
can help troubleshoot common issues, such as email, printer, and much more. Our

WHAT DO WE DO

PCIT Technology Solutions’ Managed Services allows small and medium sized
companies in Arizona to leverage the same kinds of technology as much larger
companies without the big financial commitment. We can take care of all your
security, monitoring, patch management and professional services needs so you
can focus on what matters – your core business.

Our focus is on small to medium businesses with as few as 15 employees to more
than 250 employees. After continuous research and feedback, we have identified
this market as a growing sector that would benefit from a dedicated IT support
staff. We typically see that companies of this size are unable to manage and
support a full-time IT staff person while focusing on their main core business.
If they are able to afford a full-time employee to deal with their IT needs,
they often have to outsource a majority of critical projects due to lack of time
and/or skill-sets. We provide IT Consulting, helpdesk support, and technical
services in the Phoenix Metro and Tucson area.

JON HARDIN



Jon is from Wyoming and moved to Arizona in 1996 to get away from cold weather.
After changing careers from Engineering to Information Technology he started
working with ABLE, Inc in Chandler and held roles from Network Engineer,
Director of Operations, Director of Engineering and eventually Chief Technology
Officer.

His passion for helping customers with technology has led to continuous growth
in all areas of IT. After meeting Stephen Hetherington and discussing the idea
of building a new full service managed services organization, Jon jumped at the
opportunity. PCIT was born and he has led the organizations technical services
team to ever growing heights. Jon lives in Gilbert with his wife, 3 kids, and 3
animals.

He spends most of his free time working on home projects, playing and coaching
baseball, and golf when he has time (which isn’t often as seen by his handicap).


STEPHEN HETHERINGTON



Stephen is originally from New York where he attended Portsmouth Abbey and then
Syracuse University. He moved out to Arizona To help one of his fathers
companies and never left. He was instrumental in starting the first online
travel booking website Airfares.com which then Was sold off to Priceline.

It was at this time that he turned his passion for technology into a full time
job starting NeedATech a computer/networking company. He then later started
ProCopyIT with the great folks at ProCopy Office Solutions. ProCopy Office was
then purchased and he decided to keep ProCopyIT, Now PCIT, and continue with the
Managed Service Platform and provide the highest level of service and technology
in the Arizona marketplace.

Stephen loves to relax in Rocky Point, Golf, and travel with his wife and two
amazing boys!
