Condom use among sexually active adolescents in Europe has declined significantly since 2014. Only 59% of sexually active teens surveyed used a condom the last time they had sexual intercourse. What can be done? ⏩Investing in comprehensive sexuality education ⏩Enhancing access to youth-friendly sexual health services ⏩Promoting open dialogue ⏩Training educators ⏩Conducting further research to investigate the underlying reasons for the decline in condom use and the variations in sexual health behaviours across different populations to inform targeted interventions.
