SCM-11 2025

JANUARY 20-24, 2025 | SCIENCE PARK 904 & RHONE CONGRESS CENTRE

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS

Register now!

11TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON THE SEPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NATURAL
AND SYNTHETIC MACROMOLECULES

SCM-11 is the premier meeting on the analysis of macromolecules!

It brings together scientists and industrial experts, who share an interest in
the separation and characterization of “large” molecules. It offers a platform
to interact, to discuss subjects of mutual interest, and to discover new
synergies.

SCM caters for interest in both synthetic polymers and biomacromolecules (“Dead
or Alive”).

The meeting seeks a balance between industrial needs and academic research. To
this end, the meeting is supported by an Industrial Advisory Board and an
International Scientific Committee.

SCM-11 is organized by a team from the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije
Universiteit, collaborating in the Centre for Analytical Sciences Amsterdam
(CASA).

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND

PROGRAM

The program will be updated regularly

SCM‐11 will feature a limited number of plenary lectures by internationally
renowned speakers, addressing subjects of broad interest. A larger number of
keynote lectures will be presented by leading experts and there are many slots
in the program for submitted oral presentations. SCM‐11 also features tutorial
lectures (intended to bring non‐specialists up to date on important topics) and
State‐of‐the‐Art overview lectures. Posters are an essential aspect of the
scientific program. They represent the best format to present specific studies
and to discuss all aspects of the work with fellow experts.
