WESTIN & THE ESSENCE FESTIVAL
If you’re in New Orleans, I would recommend staying at the Westin if you
want to make your trip even more remarkable. Southern hospitality at its
finest resides at the Westin. Their staff & service are amazing. This comes
from personal experience & my review definitely isn’t fabricated. The
Westin is the best. Take my word.

Very disappointed due to the following:
1.) Reserved 2 Queen room but it was given away and was placed in a 1 king
without a pull out couch for 2 adults and 2 children.
2.) Was not allowed to use our $30 credit.
