Analysts panel - What is the impact of current semiconductors supply-chain on
the 5G agenda?

Covid-19, the climate crisis and geopolitical tensions in key regions have

devices are examples of products that will be affected by the shortage in the
near future.

This session will look at:

 * Overview of the global supply-chain

 * A closer look at the risks and vulnerabilities

Panel session - Women driving transformation in tech

In 2019, the European Commission reported that only 17% of ICT specialists in
Europe are women while women count for more than half of the population.
Furthermore, in the telecoms industry globally, only 12% of executives in
leading telecom companies are female.

There is an urgent need to address this under-representation and push
initiatives to create a more gender equal digital world. In this panel we seek
to highlight women leaders who are driving industry change and are at the
forefront of telco innovation.

This session will discuss:

 * How our panelists are driving 5G transformation

 * Lessons learned from the front lines

 * The mission and values of a women in tech network

Panel - Who should front the bill for 5G?

In November 2021, the Chief Executives of Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Swisscom
and 10 other major European Telecoms companies signed a letter asking for U.S.
big Tech to share the cost of 5G networks. "A large and increasing part of
network traffic is generated and monetized by big tech platforms, but it
requires continuous, intensive network investment and planning by the
telecommunications sector...", the letter states, as reported by Reuters.

As billions have already been invested for the deployment, integration and
development of 5G, there will not be any short-term return on investment for
Telecoms.

MNOs, enterprises, device manufacturers and governments are encouraged to sit at
the table to find a collaboration framework to accelerate 5G.

This session will look at:

 * What is the importance of collaboration for 5G success

 * What are profitable B2B 5G revenue streams

Closing Keynote - Understanding, mapping and mitigating cyber security risks
created by 5G for MNOs

As the role-out and adoption of 5G accelerates, with its many benefits also come
risks.

5G cybersecurity readiness will be paramount to protect 5G networks from the
overwhelming variety of threats and should be a key component of the design and
development of 5G technology.

This session will discuss:

 * How important is the role of cybersecurity in 5G’s adoption and penetration
   in the business market?

 * What do robust security capabilities look like for 5G to be fully protected
   and safeguard the business customers?

 * Exploring 5G enterprise use cases
