* Ships within 2 or 3 business days.
* You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to test it out and
make sure it’s right for you. During this period, we are happy to facilitate
an exchange or a return free of charge.
* Shipping charges are determined during checkout. You can choose between Fed
Ex 2-day, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS Ground. We offer our discounted rates to

* All sales outside of the USA are final. If a product arrives with a
manufacturing defect we will replace or refund at no additional cost to

* VAT & Duties - International orders will ship next business day unless
otherwise noted, with the option to ship via FedEx or USPS for most

notes, to-do lists, and favorite doodles. The transparent window gives you the
ability to protect and layer your original note with a dry erase marker, while
maintaining its visibility. You can add a pop of color, cross an item off your
on-going to-do list, or draw a mustache on your favorite selfie. Whiteboard
Windows work across the FluidStance ecosystem of dry-erase products, so you can
protect and add to notes from Slope to Wall to Lift in a matter of seconds.

Whiteboard Windows are made from Recyclable PET, magnets, and silkscreened
colors. Designed and assembled in California; foam provided in China.

FAQs + -

Can this work on all dry erase surfaces?
Whiteboard Windows work on steel dry erase surfaces that are conducive to
magnets.

What markers can I use with these?
Use only dry-erase markers with the Windows. Ink from permanent markers and pens
will not be removable/erasable.

How do I care for my Whiteboard Windows?
Your Whiteboard Windows are made of sturdy material but like any product, should
be cared for properly. For best results, wait until the ink is dry before
erasing or the ink will smear. The Windows clean easily with the eraser caps on
your dry-erase markers, or with a soft cloth. We also suggest occasionally
cleaning your whiteboard Window with water and a damp cloth, or with a mild,
natural cleaning spray like our Shine Natural Desk Cleaner. Take care not to use
abrasive cloths or cleaners or the surface of your Whiteboard Windows may
scratch.
