PRICING


Up to 20 hours/month: $6,000 per month ($300/hour).

Up to 30 hours/month: $7,500 per month ($250/hour).

Up to 45 hours/month: $10,125 per month ($225/hour).

Up to 60 hours/month: $12,000 per month ($200/hour).

Project-based fees for specific initiatives are $350 per hour.


All monthly retainer models require a two-month commitment. The minimum hourly
commitment is 20 hours, and the maximum is 60 hours.

Free Consultation & Assessment: Begin with a free consultation to understand
your core problems, objectives, and strategic assessment

Tailored Proposal: After our consultation, we will identify key areas for
improvement and opportunities for growth and develop a customized plan outlining
the specific services and support needed.

Engagement Agreement: Formalize the engagement with a clear agreement specifying
the scope of work, hours, and pricing, and ensure mutual understanding of
expectations and deliverables.

Onboarding & Implementation: Integrate into your team, establish communication
channels, and implement the initial steps of the plan. This phase includes
setting up necessary tools, conducting initial meetings, and beginning the
execution of strategic initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and immediate
impact.
