What RD2 Services are About

Here at RD2 Services I can help you with either managing a project, or
undertaking property maintenance. Combining the two also works, so let's talk.

About Me

I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Quin.

I have many years of experience working within the construction industry,
project managing a wide range of Ministry of Education, Council and Private
Sector projects. I have over 25 years experience working within the cladding and
coatings industries with weather tightness playing a substantial part of my
roles, and in particular monolithic claddings.

I am based in the Western Bay of Plenty, but also travel to Auckland on a weekly
basis as a company manager on contract for an exterior plastering company.

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project
Management Institute (PMI).

 * Holiday Park development and upgrades.

 * Recreation Parks redevelopment and upgrades.

 * Cemetery extension.

 *  Forestry harvesting.

 * Public Toilet development and upgrades.

 * Jetty construction.

 * Building disposals.

 * Earthquake strengthening.

 * Land subdivision development.

 * Council depot rationalisation.

 * Dog Pound upgrades and extension. 

 * Ministry of Education 10YPP projects.

 * Ministry of Education weathertight projects.

 * Reclads of leaky buildings.

 * Small Council stormwater upgrades.

A large part of these projects involved public consultation with rate payers and
local Iwi.
