Awful! Doesn't open, doesn't activate offers, doesn't do what it's supposed to
do I've lost months of points! I have spoken to your support and they said
nothing of support. Delete the app and reinstall, I did same issue. Switch phone
on and off I did, same issue. So basically I can never get my reward points or
activate any offers because the app doesn't work!

Claiming receipts is such a painful exercise. The app takes the photos in super
unfocsed way and gets eventually rejected. The app doesn't allow upload from
gallery where we can take clear photos. I tried to scan and attach as pdf and
also your team rejected asking for image copy. Useless!!!

Unhappy customer. always looking for excuses to decline the receipts. Instead of
putting scanners at the shop, they expect customers to keep the receipts and
keep re scanning until there's no excuse left for them to decline the receipt.
The points are only valued at 0.25% of transaction(means on 100 AED shopping,
you will get 25 fills. Is that worth your time? I leave the decision on U. one
of the most confusing loyalty programs wherein some shops only scan/others U
need to scan receipt
