sign up for competitions or contests. We may ask you for certain information
e.g. your name, age, street address, city, postcode, mobile telephone number,
email address, We use this information to contact you to confirm that you
participate in a competition or sweepstake or to notify you that you have been
selected as a winner. We will also use your phone number to track your personal
promotional limits across our products within our digital eco-system. This is in
line with our socially responsible drinking commitment and in line with our
fraud prevention policy. We will also use your phone number to avoid you having
to sign in multiple times on each of our products within the TaDa eco-system.

better browsing experience, enhancing site navigation, analyzing site usage, and

USER RIGHTS

The GDPR gives you a number of rights. As a user of our website you have the
right to request information on the data we store about you as well as the
purpose of their storage. In addition, you have a right to demand that incorrect
data are being corrected and data which are inappropriate or no longer needed

LOOK A LIKE AUDIENCES

We use different technologies to create look-alike audiences on social media. We
may share hashed portions of your personal data (mainly your name and other

provide you advertisement in accordance to your  interests and/or those of
likeminded consumers. For example, we may aggregate your email address together

however, this data will not be connected to you directly in any way and AB InBev
will have no access to individual data insights. The idea is to personalize the
advertisements that are delivered to you via various web channels (e.g., social
media platforms).

 

Please keep in mind that this may imply the transfer of your personal data to a
third party who will process it outside of the UK/European Union (i.e. the USA).
This implies that your data may not be protected to the same extent as it is in
the UK/European Union, and that it may be accessed by authorities in these
countries without recourse. The appropriate safeguards are in place to secure
your data.


SECURITY MEASURES

We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect your data as
comprehensively as possible. In addition to the commitment of our employees to
secrecy and a careful selection and monitoring of our service providers, we also
secure our operating environment adequately. To protect your data against
unwanted access, we use data encryption. Data collected from this website will
be passed between your computer and our server and vice versa via the internet
using data encryption in transit technology. If the connection is encrypted the

LEGAL DRINKING AGE

SENDING INFORMATION OVERSEAS

subsidiaries of our corporate group whose parent company is the Belgian company,
ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV S.A./N.V. with registration number 0417.497.106, to provide
hosting services and support services within the group. AB InBev will not send
your personal information to a recipient outside the EU / the EEA without
obtaining your consent or otherwise complying with the relevant privacy
legislation.


PAYMENT DATA PROVIDER

In order to place an order, you have to register on our website. We do not
collect more personal data than is necessary. The personal data you submit
during your registration or while placing an order will only be used for the
purpose of processing your orders, according to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. We do not
use your data for marketing or other purposes, unless expressly opted-in by you.

offers consumers (hereinafter: “you”) the free use of this smartphone
application and website registered under the brand name “TaDa” (jointly referred
to as the “Application”). 

Under the general terms and conditions stated below (hereinafter referred to as
“General Terms and Conditions”) you can (i) install, open and use the
Application; (ii) consult a menu of one of the participating businesses
(hereinafter: “Points of Consumption” or “POC”) and order one or several of the
products listed on that menu on site and pay them (either or not on site) and
(iii) take part in any promotions offered from time to time by Pioneer or by
POCs. 





1. USE OF AND ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION

1.     BY INSTALLING, OPENING AND/OR USING THIS APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND

4.    It is forbidden to post on this Application any pornographic, obscene,
profane, defamatory, threatening, unlawful or other material that may constitute
or encourage conduct that may be considered a criminal offense, give rise to
civil liability, promote the excessive or irresponsible use of alcohol, or
otherwise violate any law or regulation. Notwithstanding the fact that PIONEER

discussions or chats, PIONEER and all parties involved in the creation,
production, or delivery of this website recognize no responsibility or liability
arising from any of its contents, including but not limited to any claims for
defamation, libel, obscenity, pornography, profanity or intentional
misrepresentation. PIONEER shall have the right to remove at any time and
without prior notice any material that violates these General Terms and
Conditions or is otherwise objectionable or illegal. 

5.    Your access to this Application implies a contract for an indefinite
duration. You can terminate this contract at any time by written notice, using
the contact details of PIONEER mentioned below. 

PIONEER has the right to terminate your access to this Application at any time,
without prior notice and without prior judicial intervention, for any reason,
including but not limited to a breach of these General Terms and Conditions, a
breach of your legal obligations, in order to prevent fraud, for security
purposes or for other legitimate interests of PIONEER. PIONEER may also, at any
time, in its sole discretion, discontinue this Application or any part thereof
without prior notice and without prior judicial intervention. 

You agree that PIONEER shall have no liability to you or any third party for any
damage resulting from the termination of (your access to) this Application. 





2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.    PIONEER or one of its affiliated companies owns the intellectual property
rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents and other
relevant rights) (hereinafter: the “Intellectual Property Rights”) pertaining to
all content on and software of this Application, including but not limited to
text, source code, object code, images, information, brands, audio, video,
graphs, user interface and layout (hereinafter the “Content” of the
Application), save as set out below. 

No part of this Application or its Content may be used in any manner or for any
purpose other than the authorised use of this Application without the express
prior written consent of PIONEER, save as provided in these General Terms and
Conditions or as provided under the exceptions provided for by law. The
modification or use of the Content of this Application for any other purposes
violates the rights of PIONEER or any of its affiliates. 

The Intellectual Property Rights on the brands, menus and price lists owned by
POCs remain the Intellectual Property Rights of the POCs. PIONEER is an
authorised user of these Intellectual Property Rights. 

You hereby obtain a non-exclusive and non-transferable free right of use with
respect to the Application, and the Intellectual Property Rights of PIONEER or
its affiliates contained therein, in accordance with these General Terms and
Conditions, for the duration of your right of access to the Application.

Any unauthorized use of the (Content of the) Application may result in fines or
damages, including but not limited to those related to the violation of
Intellectual Property Rights and publicity rights.

7.     By installing, opening or using this Application, you acknowledge and
agree that any communication or content you send to this Application or to
PIONEER, by any means and for any reason, will not be treated as confidential or
subject to property law.





3. CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION

8.    Although the specifications, features, illustrations, equipment and other
information on the Application are based on current information to the extent
possible, and although PIONEER makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all
Content on this Application, its accuracy or correctness cannot be guaranteed.
PIONEER makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or correctness
of the Content on the Application and shall not be liable for any (direct or
indirect) damage resulting from inaccurate or incorrect Content. All Content on
this Application are provided to you “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, BE
IT IMPLIED OR EXPLICIT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MARKETABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND WARRANTY OF
NON-VIOLATION. 

All Content on this Application, including but not limited to information about
products and services, applies only to PIONEER's activities.

9.    PIONEER may make changes to the Content of this Application at any time
and without prior notice. PIONEER does not accept any liability for any damage
resulting from such changes.

10.    Although this Application may link to or comprise links to other third
party applications or websites, this does not imply any endorsement,
association, sponsorship, or affiliation with the linked application or website,
be it directly or indirectly, unless specifically stated. By installing, opening
or using this Application, you acknowledge and agree that PIONEER has not
reviewed all websites and applications linked to this Application and is not
responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other applications or
websites linked to this Application. Your linking to any other off-site pages or
other applications and use thereof is at your own risk.





4. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

11.    By installing, opening or using this Application, you acknowledge and
agree that your use of the Application is at your own risk. PIONEER and its
affiliates shall not be liable (to the extent that the exclusion of such
liability is not prohibited by law) for any incidental, consequential, indirect
or punitive damage, losses, costs or expenses (including loss of profits,
reputational damage, loss of data, legal fees, expert fees or other expenses)
that may arise, directly or indirectly, from accessing, using or browsing this
Application or from downloading Content of this Application, including but not
limited to damage caused by viruses, bugs, human action or inactivity or any
computer system, telephone line, hardware, software or program malfunction, or
other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network
connections. The total aggregate liability of PIONEER and its affiliates for
damage resulting from accessing or using the Application will in any case be
limited to EUR 100. PIONEER and its affiliates are not liable for events of
force majeure, including but not limited to actions or omissions of third
parties (including subcontractors of PIONEER or its affiliates) or
unavailability, failure or downtime of third party services (such as web
hosting, (mobile) internet, etc.). 

12.    In any case, PIONEER makes no warranties or representations as to and
accepts no liability for (any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or
punitive damage or any other losses, costs or expenses that may relate to or
arise from) the information provided on the Application by the POCs, including
but not limited to the menu, product list and price list uploaded by the POCs. 

13.    You agree to hold harmless and indemnify PIONEER and its affiliates
against any breach by you of these General Terms and Conditions and any claim or
demand brought by any third party against PIONEER or its affiliates as a result
of your use of the Application, including but not limited to all claims,
actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including
reasonable legal fees and expenses) however incurred or accrued by PIONEER or
its affiliates as a result of your breach of these General Terms and
Conditions. 





5. THE ORDER AND PAYMENT PROCESS

14. You decide what you want to order on the basis of the information available
in the menu of the relevant POC and made available in the Application by the
POC. The menu is the responsibility of the POC.  PIONEER does not accept any
liability for any incorrect information about the POC or its menu.  




Before placing your order, the Application will give you an overview of the
order and you will have the opportunity to correct any errors. 




After the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation and an overview
of the order and you will be required to pay for the placed order through one of
the payment methods available on the Application.Any changes, modifications,
cancellations to and/or refunds for placed orders are not supported by the
Application and must be arranged for outside the Application with the POC
directly. PIONEER does not assume any responsibility or liability in this
regard.




PIONEER makes no warranties or representations as to, and accepts no liability
for any damage arising from the payment services provided by the Application. In
the event of issues with payments you can contact the relevant payment service
provider directly.   

If you choose to pay on site to the POC, the payments will not be handled by
PIONEER, meaning PIONEER will not be liable for any issues with the payment.




Both in case of payment via the Application and in case of payment on site to
the POC, the transaction is concluded directly between you and the POC. The POC
is responsible for complying with the applicable information obligations and
other obligations relating to this transaction. Any disputes between the POC and
yourself regarding an order must be settled directly with the POC and PIONEER
bears no responsibility in this regard.





6. PROMOTIONS

TaDa and/or the POCs may from time to time offer promotions linked to your use
of the Application.  




 




These promotions are only available as long as you make use of the Application.
TaDa may set certain criteria for the access to certain promotions, which they
will check and verify. In the event that TaDa finds that you no longer meet the
criteria, you will immediately be denied (access to) the promotions.  




 




The nature, extent and availability of the promotions may change over time. TaDa
makes no warranties nor accepts any liability in this respect.  




 




TaDa does not accept any liability for the promotions offered by the
POCs. Promotions available to those who are 18+ in Belgium only.  




 




Different promotions carry different Promotional periods and are subject to
availability, all rights reserved. The promotions are awarded by and for the
account of InBev Belgium BV. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions and
offers at any time.  





VICTORIA SAMPLING PROMOTION

Consumers may take part in the promotion by clicking on the promotion they
desire, selecting their choice of beer and verifying their mobile number. They
show the bar staff the promotion on screen, which confirms their promotional
order, and the consumer is able to redeem their beer for free. Consumers are
limited to one (1) 100% discounted product across the promotional period and a

desire during available periods of the Promotion, selecting their choice of beer
and verifying their mobile number. They show the bar staff the Promotion on
screen, where they purchase the required beer and redeem their promotional
discount. Consumers are limited to 3 Promotional Products per day and a maximum
of 5 discounted product promotions per month on TaDa. 


GAULT&MILLAU COMPETITION WITH TRIPEL KARMELIET

Consumers may take part in the Competition by clicking on the Competition they
desire, selecting their choice of beer and verifying their mobile number. They
show the bar staff the Competition on screen, where they purchase the required
beer. If not specified differently in the specific contest T&Cs, the Consumer
must complete a trivia question to complete their entry.  




Consumers are limited to 1 entry per day and no monthly limit. Winning Consumers
will be selected at random and will be contacted no later than 7 days following
the end of the Promotional period via email or SMS. Prize specific T&Cs will be
provided to Consumers at point of Prize exchange.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

17.    If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found by a
competent court to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, then
such provision shall be deemed inapplicable and the remaining General Terms and
Conditions shall persist and remain in full effect as well as binding and
enforceable. 

18.    PIONEER reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions
at any time and for any reason and to change the information on this Application
at any time. 

By installing, opening and/or (continuing) using this Application after
modification of these General Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to
the modifications to these General terms and Conditions. If you do not agree
with (any part of) the modifications of these General terms and Cconditions, you
can and may not use the Application.

19. By installing, opening and/or using this Application, you acknowledge and
agree that this Application will only be interpreted and evaluated in accordance
with Belgian law. 

If you install, open and/or use this Application while in other jurisdictions,
you are solely and entirely responsible for compliance with applicable local
laws. PIONEER and its affiliates provide no guarantees that the Content on this
Application is appropriate for locations outside of Belgium. 

20. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes
arising out of or related to the use of this Application are exclusively
governed by Belgian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Dutch-speaking courts of Brussels (Belgium).
