For vehicles that cannot be driven out from the auction site we charge £40 to
have it taken outside.

* All the start rates include 3 miles. For rides under 50 miles the 3 miles
included won't be deducted from the final pricing. 

  For example a 4 mile car transport trip is calculated like this -> £50 + £1.8
x 4 miles = £57.2

** For trips starting & ending outside Manchester we add £1 / mile for the
distance from Manchester to the closest of the 2 locations. 

 For example a car transport from Leeds to Luton is calculated as follows -> £50
+ £1.4 x 164 miles + £1 x 52 miles = £331.6 ( Mcr ->Leeds =52 miles & Leeds ->
Luton = 164 miles)

*** For trips at the pricing border we charge the higher price until the cheaper
rate takes over.

Car transport 51 miles trip -> 50 miles vs 51 miles -> £50 + £1.8 x 50 = £140 vs
£50 + £1.6 x 51 = £131.6 We would still charge £140 

**** Motorway Trips - Motorway and dual carriageways are prefered for safety
reasons, so when calculating trips we will take the most suitable roads, not
necesarily the shortest -> common sense applies :) .
