How hard is it to cancel a subscription?


Not hard at all, we keep things simple: no documentation or extensive process is
involved and you can cancel at any point in time. Just log in to your Moonb
account and you can cancel with just a few clicks. Need a hand with this? No
worries. You can request assistance via email or directly to your Project
Manager.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?


If your dedicated team started work on your designs or videos before you decide
to cancel, you won't be eligible for a refund.

How do I request designs?


Moonb uses Trello as our system of choice to manage projects, offering ample
flexibility in submitting design requests. Whether it's directly through Trello,
via a Google Doc, Wireframes, or even a brief Loom video for those who'd rather
not type out their briefs, if you can link to it or share it in Trello, it
aligns with our workflow standards.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?


Once subscribed, you're free to fill your queue with as many design and video
requests as you wish, each of which will be delivered one by one.

Will I have the working files? What about ownership of the work?


Absolutely, we'll deliver to you the working files and you'll be the owner of
all the intellectual property developed.

Do you offer quarterly or annual payments? Do you support other currencies?


Yes, we provide both quarterly and yearly payments for a 5% and 10% added
discount. We support payments in USD, GBP and EUR. For any need, get in touch
with us to get a custom payment link.

What if I only have a single request?


That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you
have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your
subscription go to waste.

What should I do if I'm not pleased with the delivered work?


Not a problem! We'll keep refining the work until you're completely satisfied.

How fast are your services?


We usually deliver in 24 to 48h, however some development projects are more
time-consuming. You will be notified regarding your exact delivery time and
receive work in progress updates every day. As we get to know each other better,
the review and revision process will get faster and faster, so you’ll be able to
get an increasing number of design projects completed and only ever pay our flat
monthly fee.

Why not hire a full-time designer, editor or motion designer?


It's simple. The annual salaries for senior-level professionals in these fields
often exceed $100,000, excluding benefits, and sourcing these highly skilled
individuals readily is a tough task. Furthermore, there may not always be enough
tasks to fully occupy their time, which could lead to paying for periods of
underuse. Our monthly plan offers an efficient alternative - providing access to
expert designers, editors, and motion designers on a need-based model, no
contracts needed or hidden fees. With the flexibility to pause and resume
services as required, you can ensure you only pay for the work completed and
never for idle time.
