TAX STRATEGIES 2024/25: LIMITED COMPANIES OR UNINCORPORATED BUSINESSES: THE TAX
PROS AND CONS. WITH JEREMY MINDELL

MON 8 JUL 2024 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM BST

ONLINE, ZOOM

DESCRIPTION

As a legal professional, tax advisor, or accountant, you'll be well aware of the
intricate dance between legislation and financial strategy. In today's
ever-evolving tax landscape, staying ahead of the curve is not just a
competitive advantage – it's a necessity.

That's why we're very pleased to announce our newest online course tailored
specifically for professionals like you: Tax Strategies 2024/25: To Incorporate
or Not?. This focuses on the latest developments on Corporation Tax, Dividend
Tax rates, and National Insurance rates. Recent changes in all these areas alter
the computation as to whether incorporation is still the best option or indeed
whether unincorporating is a good idea. This course looks at the latest
thinking; using rules and rates for 2024/25

Prices: £195 + VAT for the first delegate. This is a per organisation price, so
up to 10 of your colleagues from the same organisation can participate at no
extra charge, even if they are viewing it from a different location or at a
different time. So for example, if there are 10 of you the cost per delegate
would be just £19.50 each.

For smaller firms with 4 or less partners, the price is £99 + VAT, which is for
a single place with no additional free places

All those attending will receive a video recording of the course shortly after
it takes place. You can participate in the course live or watch the recorded
version whenever or wherever you want. In each case you will receive a recording
of the complete course after the event.

What We Will Cover

Many businesses and their advisors will face challenges navigating the changing
landscape of Corporation Tax, Dividend Tax rates, and National Insurance rates
and will be unsure whether to incorporate businesses or remain unincorporated
amidst these shifting dynamics.

In this course, we delve into the heart of the matter, exploring the critical
tax issues affecting businesses today. Here's what you can expect:

Insightful Analysis: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the latest position
and how they impact your client businesses’ bottom lines. We'll provide expert
analysis of Corporation Tax, Dividend Tax rates, and National Insurance rates,
empowering you to make informed financial decisions.

Strategic Decision-Making: Navigate the salary/dividend dilemmas with
confidence. Our course offers practical strategies for optimizing your tax
efficiency, helping you strike the right balance between salary and dividends.

Expert Guidance: Benefit from the expertise of our presenter Jeremy Mindell.

Don't let tax uncertainties hold you or your clients back. Join us and gain the
clarity and confidence you need to navigate the complexities of tax strategies
for incorporated and unincorporated structures.

The wider key topics to be covered are as follows:

 1. The non tax issues such as the comparative legal status. A review of the
legal protections available to incorporated businesses and how these have
    been eroded
 2. The administrative requirements for incorporated and unincorporated
    businesses
 3. The tax advantages and disadvantages of incorporation at different levels of
    income
 4. The National Insurance aspects--How do the recent falls in NI change the
    equation?
 5. The process of incorporation-- traps and opportunities
 6. Wider aspects such as succession planning and share schemes for owner
    managed businesses
