Since 2002 until present day, our focus has been on building works almost exclusively for the Government of Victoria in the Warrnambool and surrounding areas. Licences: Domestic Builder Unlimited: DBU 18563 Company Domestic Builder Unlimited: CDB-U 54055 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCED TRUSTWORTHY ABOUT US Stan & Co Pty Ltd is the work of Stan Georgescu based originally out of the western suburbs of Melbourne. Originating with painting services, Stan obtained a Builder's Licence in 2002 to cover the whole spectrum of building and maintenance works, including renovations and restorations, extensions and upgrades, as well as the construction of new homes. Chances are if you're in need of such services, in our 25 plus years in business, there isn't much we haven't seen or done. We collaborate with architects, building surveyors, subcontractors, suppliers, government regulators and managers and do works for private and government customers (DFFH, NDIS, etc). We are insured by Master Builders Association Brokers.
