Avtalen dekker:
* Starthjelp – i havn – Skal utføres av Falck i havn. Skøyta kan bidra der
Falck ikke har kapasitet
* Starthjelp – i uthavn – Utføres av skøyta i uthavn.
* Slep til nærmeste havn med mulighet for videre assistanse.
* Drivstoff – nødfylling – Tur og retur inkl. innenfor assistansetiden som er
inkl. Faktureres per liter som fylles. I havn utføres dette av Falck.
* Lensing ved vanninntrenging – Gjelder vanninntrenging der båten ikke har gått
ned. Utføres av Falck i havn
* Fortøyning – Slitt fortøyning – Har båten slitt fortøynigene sine, bistår RS
med å få båten til nærmeste brygge
* Slep – Lengre enn nærmeste havn – Slep til en havn som er lengre unna enn
nærmeste havn faktureres per time for slepetiden. Tur og retur dekkes av
medlemskapets antall timer Kr 2995 inkl mva
* 3 timer fri assistanse. Takst for assistanse utover de inkluderte 3 timene.

Avtalen dekker ikke:
* Dykk tilbys ikke bedriftskunder
* Slep – Havn til havn – Slep fra en havn til en annen havn faktures per time
fra skøyta går fra stasjon til skøyta er tilbake på stasjon Kr 2995 inkl
mva
* Slep til annen havn enn nærmeste
* Assistanse utført av andre fartøyer/selskaper dekkes ikke av avtalen, med
mindre annet er avtalt.
* Avtalen dekker ikke assistanse til husbåter og fiskefartøy.
* Heving av forlist båt omfattes ikke. Utføres til RS sine ordinære takster.
✔︎ ANSVAR VED ASSISTANSE
Ved hendelser utenfor vår kontroll (force majeure) som medfører at vi ikke kan
hjelpe deg, er verken vi eller våre samarbeidspartnere ansvarlig eller
erstatningspliktig. For assistanse gitt av redningsskøytene, er
Redningsselskapet uten ansvar for skade, kollisjon, brekkasje, forsinkelse eller
uforutsette opphold som påføres assistert fartøy eller dets besetning i
forbindelse med oppdraget, selv om feil eller forsømmelse er begått av
redningsmannskapene, jf. Scandinavian Tugowners standardvilkår av 1959, revidert
1974 og 1985. Ved landbasert assistanse fra Falck-bil, påtar Redningsselskapet
og Falck seg ikke garanti- eller erstatningsansvar utover eventuell grov eller
forsettlig uaktsomhet utvist av Redningsselskapet eller ansatte i Falck.
Redningsselskapets ansvar er i slike tilfeller dekket av samarbeidspartner
Falcks ansvarsforsikring. Redningsselskapets samlede erstatningsansvar for
person- og tingskader er i alle tilfeller begrenset oppad til 5 000 000 kroner
