EXPERIENCE THE HEALING POWER OF AYURVEDIC FACE MASSAGE


MASSAGES

 * CONSULTATION + FACE, HEAD, NECK MASSAGE
   
   
   I will ask you to fill in a short questionnaire to understand your Ayurvedic
   body constitution. This will help us understand things you can do to improve
   various bodily, emotional or mental functions. It will also help me choose a
   specific oil suited for you for the massage.
   
   Gentle movements during the massage help with lymphatic drainage as well as
   detoxification. Even though it is hard to imagine, the face massage will
   leave not just your face, but your entire body feeling lighter, more
   energetic and relaxed. And you will leave with glowing skin :)
   
   

 * FACE MASSAGE - LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
   
   
   This face massage will begin with a rose-water cleanse, followed by gentle
   stimulation of ‘marma’ or energy points on the face. This enables a balance
   of energies throughout the body creating an equilibrium of the lymphatic,
   nervous, and circulatory systems as the lymph glands are drained. Excess
   toxins are expelled from the body, and the facial muscles are toned. At the
   end, excess oil is wiped off the skin with a warm, damp cloth, followed by
   sunscreen.
   
   It is recommended to do once a week for 7 weeks to experience benefits
   throughout the body.
   
   

 * FACE, HEAD, NECK AND SHOULDER MASSAGE- LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE + DEEP RELAXATION
   
   
   This is similar to the 35 minute face massage, but includes releasing tension
   in the head, neck, shoulders and feet.

oil. This supports our tissues by detoxifying stagnant toxins as well as toning
facial muscles. Repeated gentle pressure on several energy points create an
equilibrium of the lymphatic, nervous, and circulatory systems.
