Eryn Frost is an Alaskan living in Birmingham.

Her passion is high impact learning design and interventions. In her previous
roles as Training Manager Europe for Tiffany & Co. and Training Consultant
for luxury retail, Eryn has gained extensive experience in coaching, program
development and facilitation. 

 

Eryn founded Luciole Ltd. after a personal battle with severe postnatal
depression. After developing her own mental toughness she wanted to focus on
providing impactful training that focused on achieving resilience, improved
well-being and reduced stress for employees and their organizations.

SERVICES



At Luciole Ltd. we believe resilience is an essential life skill that everyone
should have a chance to develop.

 

We train and coach staff to develop their resilience by providing proactive
tools and techniques equipping employees to self-manage their physical,
psychological and emotional health. 



Our one-day training courses allow participants the opportunity to learn how
they are resilient, how they can further enhance their resilience and how they
can apply these skills at work. 



Strategies include reinterpreting negative events, enhancing positive emotions,
the importance of physical fitness, accepting challenges, maintaining a close
social network and imitating resilient role models.
