WHERE ARE THE RUGS MADE?

We are exclusive partners with several global and domestic factories that we use
in tandem to ensure the best prices and delivery speeds. The factory used
depends on current market demand, time of year, and other factors. Factories are
located in China, Vietnam, India, and USA.


CAN I USE USDT OR ANOTHER STABLE COIN?

Lmao no. Tether is garbage.


IS THERE A FEE TO ADD A PROJECT?

In most cases yes as we need to onboard and store a high resolution version of
all of the NFTs in the given collection as well as maintain an up-to-date
version of your metadata.


DO I NEED TO USE MY REAL NAME?

Yes, absolutely. Customs agencies in many countries require both a real name and
a phone number to accept foreign goods.


WHAT IS A SOULBOUND TOKEN?

Soul Bound Tokens or SBTs are NFTs that cannot be traded or moved from the
wallet they were minted to. These tokens immutably commemorate a moment in time
in a specific wallet; in our case that the wallet owned the rugged NFT at the
time of purchase.


CAN I REMOVE THE SBT FROM MY WALLET?

The only place you are able to transfer your commemorative SBTs to is the burn
address. They are not able to be listed or sold by way of how the smart contract
is designed.


CAN ANY PROJECT BE ADDED?

Typically yes. There are few occasions where a project would be deemed
un-ruggable but those request occur infrequently.


CAN I ORDER IN BULK?

Although you can order multiple copies of the same NFT as rugs with no
limitations, you will need to do these all in individual transactions. All rugs
are made individually and processed as individual orders.


ARE YOUR RUGS HAND-TUFTED OR PRINTED?

All of our rugs are hand-tufted by actual humans, however, we do have facilities
for printing if the need arises. Printed rugs are noticeably lower quality
overall but allow for much finer details on the actual rug.


WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PUNKS ON THIS SITE?

Our initial pilot test happened last summer featuring the collection RUG.WTF, a
rugged crypto punks tribute. Via that sale, we delivered hundreds of rug punks
worldwide powered by the first stages of the software you’re using today. With
RUG.WTF we were able to diagnose inefficiencies, craft new solutions, and create
a comprehensively better product.


CAN I GET A REFUND?

The short answer is no. We can however accommodate most reasonable requests for
re-dos if there are drastic inconsistencies with the provided artwork in respect
to color accuracy, artwork fidelity, or both.


IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?

Yes, as safe as it can be. We take many precautionary measures to separate your
crypto wallet address from your personally identifiable information. This
includes never storing those two data points adjacent to another, special
factory communications protocol, and privacy-friendly packaging.


DO YOU MAKE NOT NFT RUGS?

Of course. If you would like a rug made that isn't of an NFT you can visit our
vendor's site onlyrugs.co to make an order.


HOW DO I PAY?

You will need a supported cryptocurrency wallet to be able to purchase. The
wallet must have sufficient USDC stable coin in it at time of purchase or the
transaction will not complete.


WHAT SIZES ARE THE RUGS?

We generally size in Small, Medium, and Large increments but those measurements
can vary greatly depending on the shape and aspect ratio of the NFT you are
rugging.


CAN THE RUGS BE MOUNTED?

You mean people put these on the floor? Heathens. Absolutely they can. We
recommend either taking them to a local framer or using industrial strength
velcro for a non-destructive installation.


WHAT ARE THE RUGS MADE OF?

Our rugs use a variety of carefully selected materials to achieve maximum color
accuracy and design fidelity while ensuring comfort and durability. Depending on
the design your rug could include wool, New Zealand wool, acrylics textiles, and
other materials.


WHAT IS A CRYPTO WALLET?

A crypto wallet interface allows you to access your cryptocurrencies and connect
to websites that support Web3. Popular wallets such as MetaMask and Coinbase are
supported by Rug Supply.


ARE YOU OFFICIALLY ENDORSED BY THESE COLLECTIONS?

For the most part, no. However, our rugs are ONLY AVAILABLE to the verified
collectors of these projects and the collectors can only purchase rugs featuring
NFTs they own. We also do not add any version of the collection's logo to the
rug, tag, or packaging materials. Some of the featured collections, like Blazed
Cats, Rug WTF, DOJICREW, and more ARE supported and officially endorsed. Others
came through the request form on our site, and the rest were added because they
were popular collections at the time of launch. If you are a collection owner
and you would like your collection removed from our supported list simply fire
off an email to support@rug.supply with a takedown request from your official
domain.


ARE THERE ANY PRICE BREAKS FOR ORDERING MULTIPLES?

No. Each order is treated individually and potentially by any of one of many of
our factories. We have negotiated the absolute best price to quality ratios
while still maintaining consistent delivery times.


WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES?

Shipping times also vary greatly depending on production time and your location.
Rugs typically arrive within 30 days of order. You will receive regular updates
via email as your order progresses.


CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT/DEBIT?

No. Our finance and inventory software is entirely decentralized and running on
the Ethereum blockchain. There are no connections to traditional payment
providers on this site.


WHAT IS THE BACKING OF THE RUGS LIKE?

To put it simple: absolutely superb. Cloth backed and expertly hemmed to create
a luxurious and protective barrier between your rug and whatever it rests on.
