Yes you can upload your custom logo, domain and branding throughout the app to

No, you only pay for your subscription fee and any additional chatbots and
credits as needed. Example: when you charge $2,500 for 3 chatbots, you will
receive the full $2,500 directly into your Stripe.

WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT CAN I EXPECT FROM STAMMER?

Simply put, our customer support is unmatched. If you've ever dealt with other

HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH STAMMER?

One message credit is equal to one A.I. generated response using OpenAI's
ChatGPT-3.5 model. When using GPT-4, one A.I. response is 20 credits.

CAN I GET MORE CHATBOTS?

Yes, additional chatbots start at $15 per chatbot per month.

WHAT TYPE OF DATA CAN I UPLOAD?

You can create a custom knowledge base for each individual chatbot by copy/
pasting text, uploading different files (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt), scraping a
website url or adding individual question and answer pairs.

CAN I GET MORE MESSAGE CREDITS?

Yup - you can add message credits manually and/or automatically. Each message
credit costs about ~$0.005.

CAN I ADD/ EMBED THE A.I. CHATBOT TO MY WEBSITE?

Yes you can embed the custom A.I. chatbot to your website as a little widget in
the bottom right hand corner of the website or

HOW MANY LANGUAGES ARE SUPPORTED?

Stammer A.I. chatbots are all capable of supporting multiple languages. Even the
white labeled dashboard is able to be translated into multiple languages.

HOW SECURE IS THE DATA I UPLOAD?

At Stammer.ai, we prioritize your data's security by employing advanced AWS
encryption and adhering to strict privacy protocols. Your data will never be
used or sold to 3rd parties.

CAN I CONNECT MY A.I. CHATBOT TO ZAPIER?

Yes, you can use Stammer's white label API to create a custom integration with
over 2,000+ other applications.

DO THE A.I. CHATBOTS USE GPT-3.5 OR GPT-4?

You have the option of selecting between GPT-3.5 or GPT-4 on each chatbot. Other
options like Claude 2, Llama 2 and the other top 10 LLM models on hugging face
(where applicable) will be available in the future.

WHAT ARE CHARACTERS "EX. 10M CHARACTERS"?

Characters refer to the amount of text characters have been added to a knowledge

HOW DO I SELL THIS TO MY CLIENTS?

You can resell the subscription fee at any price you want. You can also resell
message credits to your clients. This means you can make money on every A.I.
response from your customers.

HOW MUCH DOES EVERYTHING ACTUALLY COST?

The Standard plan is $197/mo, the Professional plan is $497/mo and the Agency
plan is $997/mo. That's it. If you need more chatbots or credits you can
purchase as needed. If you purchase quarterly, it is 50% off!



Example: I'm on the Agency plan ($997/mo) which give me unlimited sub-accounts,
20 chatbots and 40,000 message credits. I'm reselling A.I. chatbots to my
clients for $199 /mo.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES OR COSTS I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT?

No. If you are an agency signing up to white label the platform, you're only
paying for the monthly subscription and any additional chatbots and/ or message
credits (as needed). We do not take a percentage of your subscription products
or any re-billing you do for your chatbots.

HOW MUCH CAN I CHARGE CLIENTS FOR A.I. CHATBOTS?

It's up to you! Some agencies are providing it for free to their existing
clients as a way to reduce churn. Others are using a value play to save
businesses $$$ per month and then charging them a percentage of the savings as
the fee. Others are straight up reselling the platform as their own at the same
prices we're selling them at but for single sub-accounts. You can basically sell
custom A.I. chatbots to businesses for $99/mo or $2,500/mo. It's up to you!

HOW MUCH ARE EXTRA CHATBOTS?

If you are on the agency plan and use all of the available chatbots you can
purchase additional chatbots starting at $15/chatbot per month. If you buy
between 1 and 5 chatbots they are $15/mo per chatbot. Here is the full
breakdown:



1-5 chatbots = $15/mo/chatbot

6-10 chatbots = $10/mo/chatbot

11+ chatbots = $8/mo/chatbot

HOW MUCH ARE EXTRA MESSAGE CREDITS?

For all plan levels you can purchase additional message credits on an "as-needed
basis". When you need them you can purchase more. 2,000 credits is $10 which
works out to be around $0.005/credit. Here is the breakdown for the other two
additional credit packages we offer.



2,000 Credits = $10 ($0.005 /credit)

12,500 Credits = $50 ($0.004 /credit)

35,000 Credits = $100 ($0.003 /credit)
