AWESOME INSIGHTS
This course has some great insights into the topics. It's not the sort of
instructional that teases out a full game plan, but it will probably help you
get better with what you know!

GREAT INSIGHTS
This is has some great insights into stance and movement and quad pod stand ups.
I don't see it as a great stand-alone instructional because he does not go
really deep into the topics, but he has some excellent ideas that will help you
improve on what you already know or are getting from someone else's
instructional. The last volume is mostly him just doing some random rolls with
people at Bernardo's gym, which is sort of fun but not especially educational.

AWESOME INSIGHTS
This instructional didn't seem like the usual and was really interesting. It
felt like he was giving an unplanned description of his favorite go to moves and
his ideas or his wrestling philosophy for the different positions. I thought it
was great. The last volume with J'Den rolling with different folks at Fanatics
was sort of fun to see, but was not useful. I'd recommend getting this product
if you want to broaden your thinking about wrestling more so than if you want to
just master the specific positions covered.
