Intermingled yarn In the production of Synthetic yarn, especially elastic yarn
with plies or a combination of two materials, the mingling technique
dramatically impacts the physical properties of the final product. In Derun's
factory, textured yarn and air-covered yarn can be fed into a nozzle with
compressed air and be intermingled. [picture] NIM (Non-Intermingled), SIM
(Semi-Intermingled), and HIM (High-Intermingled) yarns are three types of
synthetic yarns that are commonly used in the textile industry. These yarns
differ in the level of intermingling between the filaments and their physical
properties. Here are some differences between NIM, SIM, and HIM yarns: 1. Level
of intermingling: The level of intermingling between the filaments is the main
difference between these yarns. NIM yarns have no intermingling (0-10 knots per
meter), SIM yarns have a low to medium level of intermingling (40-50 knots per
meter), and HIM yarns have a high level of intermingling (100-120 knots per
meter). 2. Filament arrangement: The arrangement of filaments in NIM, SIM, and
HIM yarns is different. NIM yarns have parallel filaments that are not twisted
or intermingled. SIM yarns have slightly twisted filaments that are partially
intermingled. HIM yarns have filaments that are highly twisted and tightly
intermingled. 3. Physical properties: The physical properties of NIM, SIM, and
HIM yarns are different. NIM yarns have low elasticity and bulkiness, while SIM

and polyester POY yarn and spandex yarn. PA6 chips melting spinning equipment.

Since China opened up its economy in December of last year, it has become
possible for us to travel overseas to visit our clients abroad. This is an
exciting time for our company, as we have been affected by the impact of
COVID-19 for the past three years, and we are now ready to expand our yarn
products in the overseas market.   As a leading yarn manufacturer in China, we
have always strived to maintain good relationships with our customers both
locally and internationally. However, due to the travel restrictions and

participated in the SaigonTex&SaigonFabric held in Vietnam in April.We
