HELP US BRING NEW TRANSPORTATION SERVICE(S) TO LAKE STEVENS.

Over 600 people took our initial survey to tell us about transportation needs in
Lake Stevens. Now we want your feedback on potential new travel options in your
area. Community Transit is exploring 2 services for Lake Stevens.

There will be 2 options for you to provide feedback on. Please evaluate each
service on its individual merits. Multiple services may be selected for
implementation in Lake Stevens.

Microtransit

The first set of questions will be specific to the proposed Microtransit
service. 

Microtransit is a flexible transit service that you request via phone or an app
when you need it. Microtransit runs in a defined service area to get you close
to home or where you want to go. You schedule a pickup and drop off within the
specified area at a time that works for you.

Benefits of Microtransit:
• No need for a preset schedule 
• Flexible, frequent service comes to you and takes you where you want to go 
• Schedule and track your ride with a phone app or by calling
• Vehicles are wheelchair accessible
• Each adult rider age 19+ pays $2.50 or less per trip
• ORCA fare card, cash, credit or debit card accepted
• Youth 18 years and younger ride free
• Booster seats available (not infant car seats)
• Share the ride with others.
