We’ve worked with Elite Fuel Service for many years as our heating oil and
propane supplier and as the team that services more than a half dozen heating
systems and installations of equipment as well. There has never been an instance
when they didn’t arrive in a very timely manner to do any of those things. Elite
is pretty much like calling your mom for fresh baked cookies! They’re just very
nice on the phone! They deliver the thing you really want and need. And you’re
left satisfied just like every time you ever remembered. Your mom probably
doesn’t do heating oil but pretend she does and call these guys to make your
real problems go away just like she does!

I have been a customer with Elite for the last 6-7 years upon a recommendation
from my Dad. I have to say, I have never been disappointed or looking for a more
considerate and well servicing company. Recently, Jeremy from Elite came to do
an annual cleaning of my furnace. Jeremy was customer oriented, considerate and
extremely courteous. He explained items in a customer-oriented clear and concise
manner. When he was done I understood the what, why and how. Smart, knows his
business and more importantly knows how to communicate. I am a very pleased long

We had an issue with one of our dual geo-thermal HVAC system not cooling during
the heat wave in September.
Thank you to the Elite Fuel team. The woman who answered the phone this morning
was very nice, informative, and was able to schedule a technician for same day
service.
Jeremy called ahead of arrival and was just down the road from the house. Upon
arrival he was greeted and inspected by our large dogs and took it all in stride
and was very kind. He listened to all the things we had tried to test and fix
ourselves and then got to work. He kept me updated on the process and the
testing he was doing. When he finished his diagnostic he walked me through what
he tested and how some of the settings needed adjusting. He was very
knowledgeable about the HVAC industry and had many years of geo-thermal unit
experience. I greatly appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my
questions and to point out different components of our unit.
AC is back on and I am extremely impressed with the quality of people and
service that Elite Fuel Service provides to their customers.
