ADAORA OKELEKE

Principal Analyst, Telco IT & Operations



As part of the Omdia service provider transformation team, Adaora Okeleke covers
the service provider operations and information technology service with a
specific interest in intelligent operations and the customer experience. Adaora
researches artificial intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and big data for
telco networks and supporting operations. 

Adaora produced a series on using AI to improve network operations, as well as a
decision matrix on network analytics tools used by telcos. Before joining Omdia
in 2013, was an RF planning and optimization engineer for Motorola and as a
quality assurance officer for the software company Socketworks. Adaora holds a
Bachelor of Engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Master of
Science from Imperial College London.

KRIS SZANIAWSKI

Practice Leader



Kris Szaniawski is the practice leader for Omdia's Telecoms Operations and IT
team, heading research into the changes in service provider operating models and
vendor strategy.

He specializes in OSS/BSS, CEM, data analytics, cloud and digital
transformation, and vendor services with a specific focus on telco IT and
operational support systems.

Kris leads a team of analysts who provide guidance and support to service
providers and vendors in an environment characterized by rapid technology and
business change.

With more than 20 years' experience in the telecoms industry, Kris has also
worked for Informa's Telecoms and Media team and the Financial Times Group.

PRASHANTH BHUPA

Associate Analyst

Prashanth is an associate analyst in Omdia's IT Data Tools & Insights team.
Prashanth primarily works on the Telco OSS/BSS Contracts Analytics tool. He
focuses on tracking OSS/BSS contracts in various geographies across the globe.
Prashanth has two years of experience in business and market research, covering
the telecoms, aerospace and defense, automobile, and consumer sectors. Prior to
joining Omdia in 2016, he was involved in company profiling projects and data
support. He holds a master's degree in aviation (mechanical stream) from JNTU
Hyderabad and an MBA from Holy Mary Business School in Hyderabad.

Prashanth Bhupa

BENNY PAUL

Analyst



As part of the IT tools and insights team, Benny Paul focuses on IT services
industry analysis, forecasts, market sizing and services evaluation,
specializing in application services for large enterprises. He is responsible
for research, analysis and regular reporting of market trends and competitive
data across areas such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence
(AI).

His key areas of expertise include telecoms and IT services contracts evaluation
and industry analysis. Prior to joining Omdia, formerly Ovum, in May 2014, he
worked as a market research analyst at Datamonitor, involved in primary and
secondary research around product development and strategic initiatives within
the technology and telecom domain. Benny holds a Master of Information Systems
(MIS) degree from Central Queensland University, Australia and bachelor’s degree
in commerce from Osmania University, India.
