Quiet and relaxing place. Nice room. Location is convenient and easy to get around too. There is also a shuttle bus service to ubud center which you can book with the front desk staffs. We came here for three nights as part of our honeymoon and we were made to feel so special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which over looked the pool and rose petals were in our bath on arrival. Our beds were turned down each night and we had homemade delicious biscuits before bed. The pool was amazing and the breakfast fantastic - so much choice and eggs were made fresh. The afternoon tea each afternoon and the free 15-min massage was a great touch. We also joined the Indonesian cooking class; one of the highlights of our stay! The chefs took this very seriously and showed us how to do everything just right. We then ate a four course meal we had just prepared and the price was very reasonable. Just down the road, there is also a lovely yoga centre. Town is 15 mins away on a grab / Gojek scooter. Maverick P 2024-05-13 Verified No Doubt Just Go Outstanding! Guys it’s a fresh review right after check-out. I have stayed here for the last 3 days and it was the right decision I made. The location is great if you don’t wanna be bothered the traffic sounds from main road because the hotel door is 30-40m set back behind their cafe. Every worker was pleasantly kind, warm and well greeting. Whenever I had enquiries, all staffs were very attentive and helpful. They do cleaning thoroughly in every area. I’ve also seen they cleaned the floor in the pool early in the morning. Dining experience right next to the pool was also great. The most impressive thing was this morning before check-out. They have prepared for my gf’s birthday cake slice even though we didn’t inform them because we were about to leave after the breakfast. In the check-out, Tini and Aram were very helpful and responsive to any feedbacks. Definitely we are willing to visit here again! Highly recommend! It was our 10 year anniversary so the hotel made sure we had a great time. They prepared beautiful flowers on our bed and bathroom upon arrival. The view was nice. The pool was so nice and felt like we were in paradise. Clover cafe food was delicious. Ms. Septi took great care of us. Everyone at the hotel is very knowledgeable and always welcoming whenever we see them. 100 percent recommend it to others and we will definitely come back. My first days in Bali were so relaxing, partly thanks to the Hava, that I actually didn't want to leave. A quiet stay located a little further from the center but plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hava also offers a shuttle service to the center. A pleasant extra. A spacious room on the corner with a balcony and a view of the pool. The bathroom with bath and separate shower was also clean and spacious. My suite was fantastic. Such a luxury! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Always happy faces which makes me happy too. I definitely recommend this hotel.
