prospect in LATAM. I am struggling to figure out the next step (besides of
becoming an AE or working with inside sales) what kind of opportunities a
position like SDR this can lead to? Can anyone speak to what a career starting
out in tech sales can look like, progression, salary, work/life balance? Trying
to figure out my future so any help is appreciated!

I went through the interviews for Dynatrace Customer Solutions Engineer and i
got feedback from the recruiter that i am approved and they want to bring me on
board but cant give an offer yet so to wait 2/3 weeks to see if this changes due
to financial constraints I assume . What is a good approach in situations like
this?

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dynatrace
    (Adelaide) in Aug 2022
    
    Interview
    
    Three rounds in total. First round is a very causal conversation with a
    regional manager. Self introduction, introduce the company and the PDP
    program. Second round is a technical interview with a senior consultant.
    Third round, give a 20 - 30min demo presentation as a Dynantrace staff to
    introduce the software to the potential clients. Have a free account, and
    one week to prepare. Three interviewers includes one senior regional
    director, one regional manager and one lead consultant will play as your
    clients, and ask you questions about the details and features of using
    Dynatrace during and after your presentation.
