I love the freedom to do a quick 5 minute workout race or challenge myself to an
extended row. Ergatta works with all fitness levels and schedules no matter how

Amazing Workout

I have had the rower since March, and I am obsessed with it. I am 54 years old
and have worked out on many exercise machines in my life. My biggest challenge
was finding one machine that combined cardio and weights and was a full all over
body workout. I have had numerous knee and foot injuries, so I need to be
careful. This machine is an all over body workout that combines cardio at
whatever level you are comfortable with. The games are an added bonus. I feel
that it also challenges your mind, so you are not just looking at the timer
plugging through the workout. I would highly recommend this rower to anyone
looking for an all over body workout with the convivence of not leaving your
home. 30 minutes a day makes the world of difference. I have a home daycare, so
I am always lifting children. This machine has helped with my back strength and
