Business Travel Show America offers an exclusive hosted buyer program, welcoming
pre-qualified corporate travel managers, procurement experts, and sourcing
professionals. These selected buyers will receive complimentary registration,
accommodation, travel, and access to an exclusive Hosted Buyer Lounge with
refreshments and lunch provided. Participants will have access to insightful
educational sessions and a personalized online diary to schedule meetings with
key suppliers.

Hosted buyers will be responsible for managing corporate travel programs with a
minimum annual T&E budget of $5 million (USD). In return for their
participation, buyers will commit to ten pre-scheduled meetings with the
suppliers of their choice during the two-day event.
