12:41 AM EDT, 07/25/2022 (MT Newswires) -- US-based financial services provider
CSC Global secured regulatory clearance for its proposed acquisition of
Intertrust (INTER.AS) in Curaçao.

The transaction, expected to close in the second half, remains subject to
regulatory clearance in the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, the Cayman
Islands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Singapore.

CSC offered to purchase the Dutch fiduciary services provider at an offer price
of 20 euros ($20.42) per share, valuing the company at 1.8 billion euros.

Shares in Intertrust were up marginally on July 22 close.
