Look forward to a wonderful stay in our friendly guest house just a few minutes from the town centre and 50yds from the seafront which can be seen from some of the rooms. Many of our ingredients are locally sourced from Beast to Block, Lizzies and Craft Bakery, Ivinghoe Apartment is a self contained ground floor flat, superbly furnished with side sea glimpse next door to our guest house. There is parking for a small car (Honda Jazz size) and a seating area. Entry to the flat is up two steps. Our one bedroom disability friendly (two steps) flat has the option of Twin or Super King bed. The lounge and kitchen have views of the sea. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a 42 inch TV, a DVD and a CD player. Wi-fi is available in all the rooms. There are three steps between the lounge area and kitchen. May to the end of September this flat is offered as a weekly booking starting on a Friday. Short breaks are available from October to the end of April starting Friday or Monday. Parking in the streets around the guest house is free. It is busy at peak periods of the day in the summer. There are three nearby car parks where parking is £1.30 for the first hour then £1.00 an hour to a maximum £7.00. It is free in most from 6pm to 8am. 02 WHERE ARE THE ROOMS IN THE HOUSE? All rooms, Cromer Crab, Driftwood and Seashells are on the first floor. 03 IS THE SHOWER OVER A BATH? No, all our showers are just showers 04 CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE? Yes, you can leave your luggage and collect it later on the day of departure 05 IF I CAME BY TRAIN CAN YOU MEET ME? We can usually meet a train with prior warning. The station is only a five minute walk from the guest house 06 WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN? Rooms are usually available from late morning. 07 WHAT TIME DO I CHECK OUT? We ask our guests to leave by 10am on the day of departure 08 CAN I USE MY ROOM IN THE DAY? Yes of course, you can pop back whenever you want to. 09 CAN I BRING MY BICYCLE? For anyone who enjoys shellfish there is the well renowned Cromer crab. Cromer has a unique pier hosting the last remaining end of the pier show and many others too. Cromer has Blue Flag accredited beaches with large expanses of sand and rock pools at low tide. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed over the sea. The town has mainly independent shops including a great variety of places to eat. Cromer has a Merlin cinema too. The town hosts many events over the year such as the Crab and Lobster Festival, Cromer Carnival and Folk on the Pier. This is an excellent b&b. Jill the owner is a very good host and provides a delicious full English breakfast. The Beachcomber is only a few hundred yards from the beach and Town. Great guesthouse, Jill was so friendly and accommodating, lovely room with en-suite and so near to the beach and pier. Breakfasts were great, with lots of choice in nice sunny breakfast room. Lovely comfortable bedroom with a good sized en-suite. Great breakfast - fresh fruit and yoghurt followed by a superb full English. The property is just a short walk into the centre of Cromer and is ideally placed for walking the coast path. I would definitely stay again if I was visiting Cromer.
